I have several prepay SIM cards used for gsm module. If the active period expires you are not notified in the app. I contacted the support of Orange România and they asked me in order to reactivate the SiM card to apply for a monthly subscription. Great! What is the purpose of the app if I can't administrate my cards? To recharge the SiM I can do it easily from my online banking app!

Pinata Party: I wasn't able to give a prize to a prepay because the prepay status in app is 'suspended', even the prepay was recharge from app minutes before. I've called the client service and transfered from subscription operators to prepay operators and nobody helped me. Low level of client service support. I lost the 1500 Pinata Party points :(

Although I've added my phone number in the app, I constantly get errors with regards to a phone number not being added. Have tried contacting support and was told that they cannot see any number added. Apart from this, app works ok most of the times. Some crashes occasionally.

I was really impressed with the app. Seems well structured and functional, pretty decent behaviour and UI. I also think it's condescending to respond in Romanian if the feedback/review is in English. Why would an alleged educated adult managing Orange Romania's app do that? A bit juvenile, patronising and withouth any real reason. Think before acting and behave like the modern company you are!
