• Do not worry about your surf volume:
The use of the app itself is free in Belgium and abroad. 
The use of third-party applications is not: the use of GPS for the localization of Orange shops and the payment or reloading via a banking app is charged as a surfing volume.

• Use via mobile network or Wi-Fi:
The My Orange app is accessible via the mobile network or Wi-Fi.
Connecting through the app with our 3G/4G gives you immediate and automatic access to the app. 

Careful! For the automatic recognition to work, you may not use VPN or old proxy settings.
If you still need to enter your mobile phone number even if you’re using Orange's mobile network, you have to remove the proxy from the internet settings of your mobile device. More information at (Dutch) or (French)

If you prefer connecting through Wi-Fi upon first usage after download or update, you’ll be asked to enter your phone number. The received SMS code will give you access to the app.

    The app worked fine but with the newest version it doesn't allow me to add options like 2GB for 24 hours from my app. I have to do this from now on my pc... Which is annoying. Roll it back please.

    Works no more. After my subscription was changed the app is closing before starting. My Wifi is closed and I'm a 4g are with full signal.

    Polish orange - 1000gb for 70 euro. Belgian orange 4gb for 15 eur. Orange belgium bosses should be in jail for anti-competition practices. Also their offer And packet possibilities are being made smaller and smaller. Same proce for the internet since 2013.. JAIL THEM!

    Icon on Samsung devices looks weird. Cut off at the bottom and a tiny white stripe at the top. Small thing, but small change to make it look proper.

    I would give this app 0 stars if I could. It is pretty much useless. It doesn't work most of the time. The integration to pay through the banking app works once in a blue moon. It is unfortunate a giant telecommunications company can't have a top notch app, but that is expected from Orange as, even, their in-store customer support is poor, sub-par, rude and lazy.

    Trying to login using 3g/4g has been broken for more than a year now. It refuses to accept codes sent by sms, but switch to wifi and it magically works. Now it also doesn't show my remaing saldo, data and sms's anymore. It says 'this service is currently unavailable'. This issue remains even after complete reinstall and support has been braindead while 'helping' with this isdue.

    I wanted to recharge the symcard and it was a mistake. I tried twice. the money in the account is gone, but they are not on the card. I called customer service and they said they had problems with the software and they called me the next day. I tried on different days , same answer . After a year, no solution.
