This is the best example of the worst service you'll see in your entire life. First, the app is ultra slow, and the chat feature is the worse you'll ever use. Second, Orange's bureaucracy is so complicated that their employees get confused with the system information. The store people will tell you something, the chat people something else and the phone people, yes, something else. Careful as they don't have any communication system to warn about anything, and will cut the service randomly.

I payed the 4G bill, but still appear on the application as not payed and the bank sent statement that the bill was subtracted. Also, I tried to find any way to pay my phone bill but no indication at all on the application that I have phone bill to pay, but they sent an SMS that I have one need to be payed. Application need to fix these problems as it is not helpful at all this way. I contacted the customer service again and she helped me in solving my problem. Thanks.

When I renewed my monthly bundle early, it charged for double the cost, and customer service said nothing they can do as it is some kind of a problem with the app!!!

Bad. That was my initial evaluation, but since you responded, here are the details: Your app. has an ongoing problem when we try to pay a bill. The app stops responding right after the OTP is required. The OTP gets send by credit card issuing bank but the window of your app., where we should enter it doesn't show.

Very bad app doesn't work properly yesterday i wanted to charge my number i paid 60 pounds for balance with my card. And then they told me sorry a problem occurred and i was charged for the 60 pounds and they didn't give me a refund. And they have the worst customer service ever. And even if you win the gifts they don't give it to you literally the worst app ever i won't recommend it if i could give less than a star i would. Totally a waste of my time and money

Extreamy poor and dissapointing I had tried few many times to log in finnally when i logged in, it was extreamly difficult to navigate. However i wanted to upload 250egy pound as data credit it only showed that I had uploaded only140 egt pounds and I donot know where the rest of the money went!!! Since the data credit was upgraded, the dislog box only showed as " something went wrong" so i didnot know until i finish all the credit abd become stuck...so this is very dissapointing.....

very bad experience.. Firstly, it is difficult to open and in order to be opened, it needs to try more than 10 times until he is logged in Secondly..the Arabic language is not converted even though it was chosen more than once..then why does it exist in .. ! Third, to charging or use the visa to accept the process, it is possible to wait more than an hour to respond! Fourth.. There is no fluidity or flexibility within the content of the program, nor any detailed information ..
