This app sucks, I was stranded at work for over 3 hours. I called customer service and they did nothing to help. This is a really bad app, they even partner with ridekc in Missouri and thebwhike system was slow and unhelpful. They will not get you where you have to go at an efficient time. Do not use this service!!!!

App works flawlessly, but taxi company refuses to work at ALL. Don't put your payment info in the app- the driver will mark the ride "completed" on his end & charge you without picking you up. Calling the 222-2222 number for either a cab or your money back does nothing to help (unless techno Hold Music helps you out). Do yourself a favor, for your own precious time & sanity, and rent a car.

The worst . The operator can't spell, it seems like they are deaf , have to tell the name all four times its frustrating. Phone Operator don't update the driver to tell them to pick up some one, you have to call them two or three time for one pick up. The phone operator dont put that you book a ride in the computer system. itis disrespectful. Three time they dont turn up. Sham on you guys who's operating ZTRIP TAXI .SHAM ON YOu. SHAM SHAM . TOO MUCH DISRESPECT,Rotten systems.

What I don't understand is if I make a reservation for Ztrip to pick me up at 230pm. Now I book the Ztrip at 10 am,wouldn't you think the dispatcher would contact that reliable driver and give them the info and time to pick up. With that said, the driver isn't on time,I call the company to ask how long it will be until the drive show, her words"maam we're working on the ride now for your pick up." I say I booked my ride 4 hrs in advance and no one let a driver know an hr or 2 in advance. .

Went on vacation without a car. They do not call you to confirm your pick up, they do not call you if they can't do your order, it's like a vacant app. I placed my order for a taxi and all the app did was show me I placed an order. Horrible customer service. Would have been nice to know SOMETHING

In CO area you cant even get any z trip all it says waiting to driver and supper rare to get one now. There been time waiting 6 dam hours for z trip to get a driver and still nothing. You have better luck with uber and lyft. I honsetly feel like this compay is going under becuse how little to no avalibility there is.

If you like waiting 2 hours for a cab and then have issues because the card or account you attached to the app isn't working at drop-off then this is the one for you!

Horrible. Not only rude but they take so long just for them to cancel with no warning or reason. Lyft and Uber are not only safer but waaaaay cheaper as well. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you find yourself completely desperate.
