    I was really happy with the app a few months ago after an update but for the last few weeks the app has been absolute garbage. It kicks you off now after maybe roughly 5 minutes for no reason given. It freezes and doesn't respond. I'll try to go online and it won't connect. I've unistalled and reinstalled quite a few times but it continues to be buggy.

    login The app freezes a lot. My idle on the map doesnt move and when I accept a trip and I have to power off my phone and back on again for it to work. Happens several times a day. And dont get me started on the customer service Uber offers. Please, first they are all foreign and can never help you. They never have a good answer to your questions and always say "they will look into things".

    app This app still sucks! Whatever navigation service they use shouldn't be the only option without going out the app. We also need a tracker to track people where they actually are. I also think, if we have to have our information on display, so should the riders. I'd like to know who gonna be in my car! Still other issues that needs to be resolved with this app!!

    support Terrible descriptions for the updates. Always the same. App is good overall, but from time to time drivers stop receiving trips until close and reopen the app. Tip notification is shut down for the last 7 updates. App needs a button "Bring me home" : sometimes the trips get you so far away from home that you spend 30 to 40 minutes returning home.

    sign in Heat map has pretty much disappeared for the last 5 weeks.. What is going on with all the updates in 6 weeks like 12 updates later still haven't got it fixed. Do you need dev help? I can be online but see how much a trip from downtown to my house is $100 but im not in a surge. Can I get a application cuz you haven't fixed nothing. I think i can do a better job. Uber devs get paid over 100k a year. I will update it once its fixed. Some people use this as a full time job.

    requirements Very poor customer / Contractor service. Very hard to make contact through the App to get support. A number of guidelines provided, though you work through that and the issue is not sorted. Eventually find a way of contacting support, could even be a link via a completely different issue. It's like an automated response, a copy and paste of things that really had nothing to do with the issue raised or you say what you've tried to do to rectify it, their response to rectify it is what you tried

    near me cannot open weekly earnings tab, earnings tab, and trip details, just to name a few. and because of that, I can't thank the people for the tips! that's not good. so I agree with the other reviews. this update isn't working out. fix it ASAP please. GPS isn't the best. I usually have to use another app, like Google maps, for more accuracy. I forgot to say that last time.

    texas The app frezzes so badly, once it starts glitching there's no way to fix it. It keeps happening to me every single day, I restart my phone and still. I started thinking it was my internet connection but I can use YouTube or any other app and works fine. When I accept an order, it won't show me the address. It's a big problem, fix it. It takes around an hour to finally get to work fine.

    california I am using an android LG G8 phone & too often the Uber app freezes or gets hung up. When I am trying to end a trip or complete a 3 trip series the page gets stuck & the word "Routing" flashes back & forth across the top of the screen. I have to go to the Uber app under Settings & do a Force Stop or Restart the phone to fix it. It's such an inconvenience. Today I installed a new Uber update that was available. Hopefully the issue is resolved.

    support number Everything was fine at first and than all of a sudden I could no longer instant cash out my payments. I tried to add another payment method and it would not allow me to. It also wouldn't let me choose my bank account as a method stating there was an error and I have triple checked the information. When I callwd support I really got none.

    Every other day there's a new problem with Uber. This is the only company this happens at. No other app causes as much problems as yours do. I have to continuously restart my phone because you guys can't update an app properly without any hiccups. Please hurry up and fix this you're messing with people's livelihood for your own greed.

    You can get deactivated at anytime for stupid reasons. I dont recomend to ever use this app as full time. I got deactivated bc I was not showing up to the restaurant on time. There is traffic, and some restaurants need more time to finish the order. I just dont recomend any of these apps without a back up. I learned the hard way, and I was so respectful with the food treating it as of it was mine and treating the customers with so much respect. It started good but It clearly shows they dont care

    The app keeps freezing, not showing directions. I have to force close. I have unistalled several time. Also keep asking if I want to stay online. Not only that but you have to restart your phone or shut it off to go offline beyond frustrating!!!! It was great until the tips where included. It just went down hill so fast!!! Please fix it!!!

    This app is terrible. It freezes very often and won't even function when you restart the app multiple times. It uses an insane amount of battery, much more than postmates or door dash. When you select the "report app issues" button in settings: NOTHING HAPPENS. lol I guess that shouldn't be a surprise. Please fix this extremely buggy app!

    Way too many glitches. I have to force stop the app about every other delivery. Called support and they said they would contact me about it but never did. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, updated a dozen times and still have issues. My Dasher app had no problems although I still did a factor reset on my phone and got a new SIM card just in case. Still same problems.

    It used to be a good app, and a good way of making money. But since last updates, I don't like it. App is running my phone's battery, out of power very quickly. Their sat nav never improve. It forces you to drive over the pavements, it's against the law, but they don't care, they cut wages unfairly in such a way. It's saying: continue slightly right, actually it's a right turn; continue at the roundabout straight ahead, but actually it's first exit. And now they force us to take a selfie.👎🏼

    The app had been great, until recent updates Uber in recommended in app navigation is missing. All sorts of issues are showing up app freezing, keeps changing settings automatically, trip requests go missing prices are missing, worst of all trip requests alert sound does not sound at times. I'll have my phone right next to me nothing heard all of a sudden you get notification asking are you still accepting trip requests? Made complaint about it all that you get is basic advice to carry out.

    it's not giving correct route information, says wrong highway exit, says can turn left when cant, it turns off, GPS is lagging, I lost ratings and I suspect tips because of it... I give 3 star , because it happens 4 times out of 10 pick up... please fix ASAP, thanks updated 3 times this week, and still giving wrong directions , this time now is wrong for 1 way systems in Tsuen Wan and Sham Shi Po...

    Your updates do not make it run smoother. Every time there is an update I have to go through all the trouble shooting procedures and none of them work. I still do not get deliveries, or if I do everything is glichy. All of my other apps that I have on my phone when I download there updates I have no problems, they actually run better and smoother. Not your app though it runs worse. You need new programers who know what the hell they are doing.

    This used to be a great app to make some part-time money, but the last couple of months have been absolutely AWFUL. It glitches out every single time I try to use it now. I make one delivery, then everything falls apart. The map doesn't update, or it won't let me select that I've picked up an order, or it won't let me take a photo to prove I've left an order at a doorstep, or or or. You can't even reboot your phone with it open. It keeps the phone shut off until you plug it into a power source.

    The app didn't help you with your issue. I have been setting up my account half year ago, it keeps getting errors in the process while there is no instructions for you to solve them. Once you call the hotline for help, they said they cannot handle, will pass it to other team and someone will reach you within 24 hours, and there is no one helping you at the end. I keep sucking in this for more than two weeks. They ask you to pay for their checking and bags, and never let you start earning.

    It used to work just fine . Now I can't even post my request. It says that theres a helpteam available 24/7 and even so on the website but nowhere is there a chat button or a line to call! I used to chat with support just last week and now can't even do that. To top it all off, the website redirects you to the app so now there's definitely no way to talk to anybody !!!!!! 🤔🤔

    Map routing sucks. Integration with Google Maps is unusable. New order requests pop up at exactly the wrong time... Usually taking over the map while trying to make the final turn to the customers house. Turn the screen off and put phone in pocket. Hear an incoming delivery 'ding' and find out your pocket accepted a delivery on your behalf.

    App has not been functioning in real time when it comes to surges. They don't show the surge unless you go online and once you're online you don't see the real time changes of the surge. You have to go online or offline to see the surge reflect. And when you want to go offline sometimes it won't even go offline. What is UBER trying to accomplish here? It seems like you don't want us to see what is best for the driver.

    When I first started, like a month ago, this app was awesome. I love the set up, the ease of it, and efficient. Since the update, however, the efficiency went way down. I tried to call customer service because the app wasn't working and causing me and the restaurant problems, their solution was to restart my phone and troubleshoot it myself. Then call them if it still doesn't work. If they can get that HUGE bug fixed I'd definitely give this app a 4

    Update: Here we are a month later and still the same damn issues! FIX THE DAMN APP ISSUSES! Ive been using the uber driver app for almost 2 years. The last 2-3 months have been absolutely horrible! The maps are all over the place. Its so bad, I have to cancel on a rider because the app will literally take you to the wrong place!! This is ridiculous! I am so tired of having to uninstall the driver app and reinstall it, just so it might work. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!!

    This app was seamless. It was the reason I tended to drive for Uber more than Door dash. Now you can't even submit app issues, in app. The button doesn't work. I can't count how many times a shift I have to force stop this app to get the navigation to start, or to trigger that a deliver has been made, and worst yet, that I'm even online and ready to accept orders. You get double tip notifications, and sometimes days apart. I don't know if I can even trust what it's telling me. Garbage right now.

    For a while it was awesome! Much needed extra money for sure, but when I tried to drive in another city, it paused my account asking for a photo to prove it's me(pretty typical). The software didnt recognize me and said I was using a photo of myself for someone else to drive! Which was not the case and I missed out on much needed money! When I tried to ask support for help they said it wasn't me! But it was so i don't know why it didnt work. So users be warned. You might get fired for software.

    When the app shows surge area and you try to get there, at first you will not get a trip easily and by chance if you get one after waiting 30 minutes in high demand surge area. The app will hide the surge rate and will give you trip in flat rate. It's been repeatedly taking off the surge fare from each trip since last two weeks. I called the Uber support they don't listen and trust you either. So disappointed 😞

    The app is okay, but lacking key features: 1. EVERY subcontractor (not just Gold+ drivers) should know the scope of work (i.e. the full route) prior to accepting. 2. If another app is in the foreground when a ride request comes, it is impossible for Gold+ drivers to see the route. 3. The app should not automatically choose I have arrived when it thinks I am close. I should be able to manually choose when I arrive.

    10/10/20 review. Date the app gets worse. It was working fine for a couple days, until today when the app went completely black as I was trying to deliver alcohol. I was stuck trying to deliver without knowing the actual address because the screen went black. At the same time I kept getting repeated request that I couldn't accept because the screen was frozen. I find myself struggling to restart the app more times than I am making money. Unfortunately I can't get reimbursed for the time wasted

    Have an issue where after a week or two I have to reinstall the app because certain screens will not load anymore, such as earning details. After reinstalling it works fine. Another issue is when you're close to a drop off location, you'll get pings for new offers, and it blocks the Uber GPS screen right when you need to be paying attention to it the most. This is very dangerous when driving. I like getting pings for new offers but make it to where it doesn't intefere with the GPS.

    This app is like a scam. It shows surge areas that last a few minutes. When heading to these places to start taking rides,it happens like a mirage. The closer you get to them,the more they fade out especially when you need a quarter of an hour to reach( EAT), the surge doesn t apply at all and once you stop receiving promotions,you can t get them back even with the help of the uber support team. They pretend to fix it,but they never get through. Definitely,this app cuts down driver s payments

    I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. If app doesn't show dollar amount for surge, you get no pings. If app show colored area for surge, you get no ping (app glitches and makes it disappear. You have to trouble shoot it to make it reappear). If your GPS stops tracking you and shows you in the same spot even though you're driving around, you get no ping. If the boost outline is visible, but boost percent isn't, you get no pings. I'm a driver not a tech guy. Shouldn't be troubleshooting. Fix it.

    Sad that this app is still so glitchy. Totally incompetent that the "Report App Issues" option in the menu is disabled. If you manage to get a reply from customer service you are just given cut and paste irrelevant answers. I doubt they even read what I write. Terrible navigation often gives very dangerous or illegal instructions. Frequent crashes. Extremely amateurish. Edit: So, after many months the "report app issues" function is still disabled. Uber don't care about customer service.

    This app was great until recently. My problems with uber are as follows; no trip are coming in, while online they ask if im still online accepting orders, it glitches, i constantly have to reboot and they don't pay enough to go the distance they want me to go. Please fix the problem and factor in our time, traffic, gas and the delivery. As this is many of us income, please take that into consideration. The ratings for uber are declining. Grubhub may be a better choice.

    What's going on with the app? It's glitching. The messages on the inbox stay blue after being read and if I log out and log back in, it keeps them blue and repeatedly ask to send thanks for tips that I received days or weeks before.     The support is awful. Had to send in a picture with my insurance info on it. Found the correct webpage, took multiple pics that were rejected even though the 4 criteria needed were clearly visible. Reason stated: picture out of focus. Yes, it may not be the most focused it could be, but the 4 criteria were there. Printed the page, it was finally accepted. Now, my driver app is showing I'm ready to go. . . With my parents jeep, appearing with the license plate of my ford focus. How did. . .

    This app is very frustrating, really. It needs improvement. I'll take forever to take a photo after delivering in front door or wherever. Then when selecting a delivery, it well freeze and won't let you pick up or delivery, and then wait for loosing your time with uber support🙄. You will need to use Google map or other navigate system as this is inaccurate and does not work properly, when time and location is important on this matter this is a huge problem.

    Great App, Several big flaws. Throughout the day it won't load or let you view your earnings. It's just a white screen. Tried everything from closing the app, restarting my phone etc. The "Report App Issues" button literally doesn't even do anything when you press it, which is like a parody. 😂

    This app is the worst gig app available. Yes when it works, its intuitive and makes easy sense. Unfortunately it rarely ever works. Then to top it off, the customer service only knows 3 pages of the book and only offer the same advice for everything even when it NEVER works or works temporarily. It constantly crashes in various ways and it frequently lags. Its disrespectful to advertise an opportunity to gain income with an unreliable tool that is your only link to it. FIX IT!

    The app continues to freeze, I have to close it out, sometimes several times before it'll unfreeze. Other times the navigation doesn't kick in, and it takes SEVERAL resets to get it operating. I am wasting time and experiencing huge frustrations over the last week and customer support says there's nothing wrong with the app! Its happening to my husband and other drivers in the Denver Co and I'm going to start using a different service if this continues. You should care about your app and drivers

    The app needs better support. The GPS navi. Is one of its biggest flaws. When its working the app is barnone, but when the navi which is to save time and to make money as quickly as possible is haywire. It totally defeats the purpose and the driver confidence. Which then results it bad reviews, wasted time, miles, and disgruntled customers.

    I have a problem with the option to decline a trip being very close to the trip request. This makes it easy to make a mistake and decline a request one wanted to take if you're doing something else on your phone and scrolling up and down. The decline option should appear at the top of the screen or appear 10 seconds after the trip request comes in so that one can make up their mind and not decline a trip inadvertently.

Uber Eats needs a technical support division to assist us with ALL of the glitches with the App instead of sending us to customer service where they tell us the same bs things that never work!     GPS needs to be updated, it doesn't seem to take construction into account and often tries to navigate me through closed off roads. Accepted an order for a restaurant I was literally right in front of and GPS didn't recognize it and tried to send me in the opposite direction. Also seem to have a problem with notifications and getting the same tip message multiple times or not at all. Definitely needs some updating.

    This App has been fine but with recent updates it's a bit of a mess; 1.) The delay before navigation starts - Before the recent update the navigation started immediately the trip came in which was very handy in quick decision making on the road, now it takes ages to kick in and results in one going past streets which would have led to quicker pick up, riders have to wait longer as the driver goes round. 2.) No ping when trips come in - No pings means not seeing the trip on time.

    I been doing rides for almost 3 years. Everything was going good until they added the quest and take pictures of delivery. It is frustrating when the app is acting up after picking up an order and when you deliver it it won't let you take a picture of it. It keeps kicking me back to the restaurant address when I try to take a picture or put delivered. I call customer service their solution is to cancel but it won't won't count towards my quest rides count. And I don't get payed the full amount.

    Ok so first off the navigation for this app is horrible! Some days its ok but most days it's a roller-coaster just getting the navigation to talk and give proper directions. I just recently started using this app more and I've gotten 10 thumbs up and just received my first thumbs down and the app drops my score 10 points. If a customer orders from a restaurant thats 25 minutes away and its rush hour traffic and the customer says it took me too long the app just counts against you which is wrong.

    Each update seems to make the app worse, not better. The GPS program leaves a lot to be desired. It gives wrong directions, treats company driveways as roads for cutting across to other roads. The list is endless regarding the GPS. It used to give alert tones when in auto accept mode to alert you a ride or delivery was assigned to you. No longer. You don't even know you've been assigned a ride or delivery unless you're looking at the the app and notice a GPS route has been mapped out.

Until the last couple of months. The app will not update map and surge spots after each trip. I have tried everything. I even switched to riders in an attempt to make money.     This App is a nightmare. It has rejected every document I've ever uploaded (insurance, driver's license, registration) until I call them and a real person spends 4 days looking at the document. In comparison, Lyft accepts the same uploaded document in 20 minutes with no issue. Background checks take 8 days longer than Lyft. This app constantly asks for me to take pictures of myself when trying to go online, which requires finding a parking spot and stopping in the middle of driving around.

    Unfortunately the selfie verification function no longer works with this new update. I called to report the problem and the issue was not resolved in the 30 minutes to an hour they claimed. This error persisted for 3 days so far; and is holding a hard-working driver from earning the money he needs and is holding the company from making money on rideshare and delivery fees.

    Genuinely don't understand what has happened to the app in just a matter of a month. Everything from navigation issues, app timing out during deliveries/ pick ups, inefficient technical/ driver support staff, lack of assistance with troubleshooting and generally terrible experience. Tons of bugs in the app. When I initially signed up for UberEats, the app seemed flawless outside of an occasional loss of service which can be attributed to network providers.

    This app worked perfect for me a month ago when I first started delivering, but since the update it constantly freezes my phone and the app itself crashes. The biggest change I saw was in photo taking when confirming a delivery. If that's what the update was for, it was not worth it.

    Terrible. The app malfunctions, the driver suffers the concequences. Your "free" cashout to the uber card is not free. You still take my money. The app randomly kicks me offline. So I sit, waiting for riders, not realizing that the app has been offline for however long. Uber. Fix your app. Its terrible. Also. The routes are usually wrong or take you far out of the way, waisting your gas and your riders money. Customer service is a bad joke with no punch line. All around terrible.

    I'm driving in Washington DC metro area, on Oct 8, I found out that I didn't get paid for surge. I have called and emailed many times about this matter. However, until today I still don't get any money for surge. Perhaps there is a glitch in the system, or they do this on purpose to make more profit? Halloween is coming, and it will be a big day for surge pricing. We'll see if Uber will trick their driver or not. Just finish applying Lyft. Will drive for Lift instead for Halloween.

    The app is not adding promotional surges to the payouts. I've done a few drives today and haven't gotten ANY of them. I've for sure noticed at least $15 not added and I'm sure the next $6.25 surge I have now won't be added. Please fix and give me my money ❤️ I really need it. I also dislike having out expected tips added to the total for a trip. It's disappointing if a costumer doesn't tip or if it's less then predicted.

    Uber doesn't pay the boosts they promise. When submitting an issue, they come back with the "we are aware and working to resolve the issue" response. Meanwhile you get shortchanged until they feel like fixing the problem. It shouldn't take two weeks to fix an app issue that affects driver pay so much. Issue is still unresolved.

    I am having weird issues with app not loading completely, and gps issues. UBER WE NEED AN APP UPDATE. **UPDATED TO 4.283.10000** I just figured out that the Uber Driver app is not updating itself automatically. For Android (Not sure about Apple) go to phone settings - Apps - Uber Driver - scroll down to App details in store and there you should be able to update to 4.283.10000. When I would go to say "google play store" without this method it would tell me my app was up to date and only an option to open. Some trouble shooting and this is what I have discovered. I hope this will help others update their app. Uber, can we have a notification of when a new update is available with provided link. Lets hope this fixes the GPS issues I have with order and pay (majority of which get canceled because of GPS issues) Your loyal driver, Steve.

I'm pretty sure I know how to take a selfie. Looks like your app is garbage from the start which is too bad since it was supposed to be better than the garbage from Lyft.     Hi,Need to add the option under canceling ride》 Rider ordered the ride but when I reached there, they changed their mind and said they are not willing to go anymore.. I couldn't find the specific option to choose from to cancel ride related to this issue. Pass add this option● Rider don't want to Go/travel anymore● Tnx and decrease your 28% commission fee.     Constant major glitches. As a driver being completely kicked off of Uber Deliveries in the middle of accepting a pick up, having to constantly restart or uninstall and reinstall the app. GPS is almost always off.     Riddled with bugs. They actually manage to make it worse with new updates! Update 6/2020.. still has constant bugs that updates don't fix...10/6 update..- Even WORSE! Delivery partner support is non existent. All they say is "I'm sorry you feel that way. I totally understand how you feel.....but there is nothing I can do for you" All in a heavy Indian accent that is very difficult to understand. I would NOT recommend working for uber! There are good things, but company support is horrible!

    Wow does this app suck! I drive for Postmates, GrubHub, and doordash and their apps all makes sense. This one is messy, confusing, and draining. I don't mean battery draining I mean like by the time you figure out what the heck is trying to tell you you want to log off and go home already. While delivering to customers app is telling me return to restaurant, so having to ask customers for their address- now those orders are completely missing. It was still working great a year into delivering for uber still, but once covid hit and Uber purchasing postmates things just went downhill with the updates.     Problems since last update. Missed rides due to malfunctioning Uber app, costing me $ and lowering my acceptance rate to 83%. Keep getting same canned answers from support. Several times, I was messaged I have reached priority support and would have an answer in 3- 5 business days. This has been going on for 3 weeks! Now I am sent to team of experts that focus on this issue, another 3 - 5 business days! In the meantime, I am Lyft driver and tomorrow I will be Lyft passenger!!

    Uber Support in this app is terrible. App crashes frequently or has incorrect map locations. When you address this with Uber they often tell you to just restart or redownload the app. Any other issues while driving are never handled. Uber Support only sends out automated messages and does not actually help the driver with any issues. Better off driving for other platforms. Uber reels you in with high boosts then over time boosts disappear and fare amounts slowly go down.

I have submitted it over 5 times and it keeps saying pending and then action required when I come back to check of I can drive yet. I have tried to contact customer service and it buffers saying I'm waiting on an agent and never patches me thru, then I get a message on top of it all from the agents saying I took to long to respond. If you switch your account from bicycle to scooter you should think you are going to loose your account. You won't get any response even you provides all documents and they were completed though. Won't progress past that page. Even tried on my computer too and same issue with no progress past the city and disclosure.. not sure how to even work on this when there is no support number to contact.     Latest bug for Maryland drivers: drivers log in to driver app but riders can not see available drivers on rider app. Constantly says no cars available despite an abundance of drivers. Great job on the latest update. You've successfully ran most if not all of you high rated drivers straight to Lyft. When you are wondering why you are not getting any money from drivers/riders in our area. Blame your engineering team for ignoring & lying about the issue when drivers/riders call support.

    Glitchy says I'm online from another device did the troubleshooting numerous of times .. was quick easy side cash but now a total failure idk if its the updates or what ... agent tech support barely helps seems like they are reading from scripts that they just learned.. GPS goes bonkers leaving you looking like a chicken with its head cut off... And I do the order and pay as well, but with the previous updates I can no longer upload a pic of the receipt...well I can ;ut the receipt never verifies like it should and half the time the funds are not on the plus card and I have to use my money or cancel the order in which case i get a negative review from the customer.

    I used to enjoy driving Uber but with every change they make to the app, which they say is to benefit the driver, it gets worse. Most recently I have had several trips where Uber takes twice as much for themselves as they paid me. Also the surge indicator continuously disappears so that you can not see whether there is surge anywhere or not. They make it more difficult with every update and refuse to address known bugs.

It worked for a little while and then now it is doing the same thing. They need to figure out what's the problem with the app and fix the issues.

    As a taxi driver I don't like tge new set fare because it does not pays for being stuck in the traffic or going around it(central London) and the app makes my phone freeze every time I accept a trip. Very bad last update! And the congestion zone fee is still £1 ecen after the charge became more. Bolt changed it to £1.50

    Frustration is an understatement. I'm sure many drivers out there are in agreement. Uber's customer service CURE ALL is uninstall/install for every app issue. Meanwhile, we are in a parking lot losing money waiting for the app to reboot. The voice navigation comes, and goes. It also asks if I am still on line after 15-20 min. of no trip requests. Getting no requests has also been a known issue as I was informed by a rep today. Hoping Uber will fix app,so drivers can resume some profitability.

    When reading Uber documents, the app closes the article not allowing you to touch and go back into the article. You have to force close the app in the system app settings, open the app back up, then try to read the document again before it self closes.     I have been doing Uber for a few months. At first the app was fine, but the last 2 months I have been having issue after issue. GPS doesnt follow me. It wont give me orders to complete. It wont complete an order when I say that it has been delivered. It won't give me directions anymore. I have done all the troubleshooting steps I can think of (clearing cache, turning off phone, uninstalling/reinstalling) and still the app has not been working. Support doesnt help either.

    Your failure to fix the glitches in this app shows the lack of respect and care for the driver. Some issues: -on batch orders route often doesn't make sense -voice navigation doesn't turn off -report app issue button is (deliberately) only button that doesn't work in help section -app blames driver for customer fraud and wrong delivery address even though gps tracks you to address -sometimes earnings tab takes u to blank screen -new order button is way too sensitive and not enough order info

    Someone please help. I have taken more than 3000 Uber Eats deliveries over the past 2 years and up until about 3 weeks ago the app worked fine. Now I have to constantly restart the app, restart my phone and even clear the app data just to get it to work properly. There are major problems with the app communicating with the mobile network. I don't get kicked offline but the app just stops receiving data at random times. I even purchased a brand new phone (and I'm on a 5g network) thinking that would help the problems but they have become more persistent. Driver support only suggests to restart the app, reinstall etc. If and when these problems are solved I will change my review to 5 stars.

    The experience on this app wasnt like before .. the pay system is off meaning if a trip thats usually 7 dollars we now get it for 3 or 4 dollars same goes for double trips it used to be 13 to 15 dollars due to distance and now its just 3 dollars or if your lucky 5 dollars. Remember some people who are doing this is there second job if there laid off from there primary jobs due to covid-19. Please change the pay grades or system back i think a lot of people are leaving due to this.

    When A trip request comes on screen the writing should be in thick font and larger text, also the riders star rating should be closer. Whilst driving it is dangerous for drivers as their eyes are wandering up and down the screen trying to process all the info

    Worst application in the history, the UI is awful the signup process is tedious. It says you can upload documents after police check but the application is stuck on police check page even after police check is done. Uber is going to go out of business soon.

    Would be worlds better if the navigational system was more accurate. I have a lot of "drop off" orders in the middle of the street when the location is a busy road address. Asking for business names for people who order while working would be nice as well. Walking into several shops on a strip to figure out where the person is (when they don't answer) is a bit frustrating.

Very very bad exp with this new bar before circle is good ,no hang ... Sorry to say this but plz check n update so dat we drivers do not face any issue in accepting trips...     Enjoying every Improvement ! Please make decline or accept trip a double tap so that using other app functions cant be mistakenly a decline or accept! Or Move menu button to top rt so it cannot interfere with decline button - add early access to dropoff address - prior to pickup so that drivers may park accordingly A breadcrumb trail - so drivers can get out of confusing areas they've dropped off at - without having to fuss with map. Clearly - developers are not drivers

    Who thought it was a good idea to make a driver accept/decline an incoming ride request before the current trip request is completed? Very unsafe to have to accept/decline during a trip. And yes...I stop incoming requests and they still occur, so there's that.

    Very disappointed. Trying to set up account for two weeks now, on a referral. Stuck at background check stage. Greenlight is overwhelmed and understaffed. Was told by Greenlight staff to go to help site and select day and time for in person set up. Shows two weeks with no available days or time slots. Staff confirmed that days are fully booked 4 days beyond what the app shows. I can't believe ISB actually wants personal documents emailed? ...so much fail.

    The most recent build has been nothing but a nightmare. Having to constantly restart the app, restart the phone, uninstall, reinstall - just to have it crash over and over again. A few versions ago had some quirks, but this build is nothing but a headache.

    Great APP to earn some money. However, it would have been great if the APP support landscape mode. I use a Samsung S6 tablet and find it to be much better and safer for GPS navigation over a smartphone small screen.

    Doesn't let me sign on cuz it can't verify my picture with my mask on. And if I'm lucky enough to sign on, the app cannot verify the receipts for customer purchases. These issues need to be fixed immediately or I'll have to make my money on another app that actually let's me sign on.

    It glitches all the time so I have to keep restarting my phone to figure out where to pick up customers. Tips should start at $3. A lot of customers still not Wearing mask or pulling them down once in the car. Then they coughing. Not all drivers have military access in cities that are in high demand for it. Trying to find or get customer service/help sucks big time. The person that requested the Uber ride is not the person you pick up 80% of the time which can be dangerous.

    One bank using this app for over 3 yrs and this is the worst I've ever seen it. Keeps booting me offline, keeps asking if I want to stay online every 3 mins and takes me offline anyway and rejects jobs when I accept them. Ever since the update with cash out in Sept, it's been horrendous. Fix it.

    Since the last update the app has been messing up. Giving wrong directions, slow processing trips and not including all trips made. I have to use another navigating app just to be sure I'm going the right way.

    I love driving for Uber Eats but have been having issues with the app. Mainly uploading receipts. App crashes as well. Now trying to reinstall and it won't let me. One more thing, the "report app issues" button doesn't work. 😂 I do love working for you though. 🥰

    UPDATE: NO "Call Support" button in app help, claimed on "help" site. NO PH SUPPORT. No place to message on site below. Uber gives no direct help. MANY ISSUES not covered in app help. * In "queue" @DTW 10/20 waited 4+ HRS., NO RIDES. App: "1-5 drivers ahead, 10 min. wait." NEVER again for BS rides. * Falsely tags CUST. CANCELS as mine. FIX PLEASE. * TERRIBLE SUPPORT. Dec. 28, 19: uploaded docs, login w phone FAILS. THEN must re-upload ALL pix, docs on PC. STILL FAILED on ph 5X. FRUSTRATING.

    Location tracking & not having to pop back & forth between a map and ur app is amazing. I found myself distracted trying to doordash in the past where uber has maps built in. They pay better then any other company I've worked for and there app is 100x ahead in my opinion as a driver. You rock Uber!

    I can't go online with a new vehicle l added. All my documents were valid and approved. I called and they can't fix the problem. This issue had to be fixed early. The app really sucks now

    I've never once had customer service actually solve a problem just apologize and give me 3 dollars. And now with the 500 dollar referral program take a wild guess what doesn't work and no one can help me fix. The app in one word frustrating

    App drops delivery info, gps goes down and after accepting a delivery it won't connect and advises there is a problem and try later. This can cost alot of money especially with dual pickups. Just happened 3 times for total of $37.00

    Complete trash. Nav system blows. It never puts the green dot on the actual address. The icon always floats around outside of the airport pickup zone making you miss airport pickups. Support is useless because of some corprate pig who took away most of their ability to help drivers. They also take away methods to report riders on to discourage reporting them, and accept any bogus rrport from some broke rider trying to get a free ride. Even if you have video evidence.

    Address shown in the app does not match with google map address. I do not want to use the in app map but always have to double check the address on the app before delivery because google map address is incorrect 7 out of 10 times.

    Has a tendency to glitch at the worst times, three times when it really matter. Don't depend on this for sole income because of of those times it can screw you over.

    I just started uber eats yesterday and already I my phone die on my from full charge bc the so app sucks so hard (the battery charge). My 🔋 was on 20 percent on a delivery and died before I got to complete it. Also, it keeps freezing and my current delivery info keeps disappearing and going back to the dashboard when it searching for trips.... This app is a headache right now. Hope it is fixed.. asap.

    After the most recent update surge bonuses for my area are no longer credited to my trips. Yes I am 100% positive there are surges active in my area when I get the trip and up until the most recent update I was getting them, once I updated I haven't received any.

    it is great application to work with but one stupid thing is that in rural area its asking to driver for pick of 20 to 30 km, of course driver will not accept it or may be cancel it and that affects his numbers, what a fool thing is going on, uber must fix this issue to have better diver experience.

    Constant glitches for last 4 weeks. It used to be seamless. Navigation doesn't appear, earnings get frozen. Have to refresh several times a day and uninstall and reinstall almost daily.

    I have been driving for Uber Eats since May, and the app was great until around August. I just started with the Plus card, which requires me to take a picture of the receipt, but it says the picture is blurry even when it's not. It ALWAYS says blurry.
