    I have been a driver for 3 years with no big issues other than a buggy app, and then suddenly my background check 'expired' and the app page where I consent to a new one is broken. Support is awful and sends me the same copy paste message that there is no solution to this app issue, and just to wait for them to 'check back in'. It's been days. I got screwed out of work because they can't fix their app. Said themselves it's a known issue. Been weeks for other users. Their support is beyond awful.

    deutsch Complicated user face, makes it difficult to use. Update still has not improved, i have the most updated version, and when accepting rides the route doesnt show up, called and spoke woth your agent online...always give the generic answer.." we will look into it" still has not fixed the issue! Terrible terrible and they over charge drivers taking a big chunk out of our hard earbed money!

    rap Update: I got a new phone a day after this and did not experience anymore issues until today where it started having all those old issues again. I cleared the cache as instructed, and it did nothing, still the issues of trips not being accessible and the earnings page wouldn't load. I reinstalled the app and it's working now. I'm glad I know the "solution", however that should never be anything but the nuclear option.

    werden Yes I have a problem with this app. 6-29-2020 I could not log on. It keeps telling me to retake photo and all day I tried and always got the same message. I called Uber support and all they could say was "yes we know, we are working on it" What can I do? If I cannot sign in I cannot work. Thanks, Luther Kyzer

    app Absolutely awful app. It's such a shame since this is what drivers are expected to use. Nothing like there being a $6 promo one second, and when you go online a second later, the map all of a sudden goes back to the normal color and there's no promo. What a scam! The best part is, when you go to click on "Report app issues" in the app, it doesn't take you anywhere! The button just doesn't work! What a joke 🤣

    film This is app has been working good since I've been using but still there are issue that has not been solved, specially for me Issue : 1. Driving preferences : I've both accounts UberEats and UberX, If I'm driving for UberEats only, I'm suddenly getting trips for UberX which I'm not expecting at all. I had to cancel them because i don't want to do UberX b'coz of Covid-19,I called support and they told me they can't help me reducing cancellation rate or figure out why it's keeps turning on UberX when it's disabled in driving preference. 2. As you've updated new feature for showing trip KM and Amount. Why can't we see same thing for the second order, when we are delivering first order? 3. Refering to Q1 : If UberX can be turned on when changing Area/City, Why Map legends have not been used to show City/Area. That would be more helpful for drivers to know when to check "if driving preferences has been reset automatically"? 4. From few days earning section is not loading properly, it just opens white blank screen and does not show anything. 5. Not a major issue but still worth including, Sometimes if internet is working properly for everything else and not just for Uber driver app. if you can help with these issues that would be much appreciated

    login I've been a driver for 5 years. Lately I am having real problems with the app. 3rd parties hacking the app and sending me to locations and then trying to get financial info from me. I just spent the last 2 weeks waiting for a background check. Now cleared but the app wont let me log on. I contacted support. It then works and awhile later it doesn't. I'm getting extremely frustrated. Let's face it, without a fully functioning secure app Uber has nothing.

    makes girl cry over rap I've been a driver for 5 years and the app is actually fine. The live support sucks. I haven't been able to login for weeks. It says submit a background check, I did and never heard anything else until I reached out multiple times. My account was actually wrongly deactivated for false claims of not delivering customers food when I've never not delivered. I don't understand it at all. I guess this is a push for me to achieve my actual goals. Never using them again for a delivery or a ride.

Took a long time with the top their support to finally find out that submitting authorization for the background check is a known problem with no eta for a fix. No response to my idea to allow authorization through the website or maybe even an email (not so secure). Crickets. I have seen some of my customers and restaurant employees since being forced to stop delivering and they all need/want me working. Uber: Crickets

    uber fahrer verdienst I really like the app but there are a few problems I have. -My phone sometimes denies orders. It has happened when my phone was in my pocket, and when I was typing and the decline button appeared right where I wanted to press. Maybe make it so you can't deny an order in the first 2 seconds? - Heatmaps to show where you should go to get orders faster would be nice as well. - A phone number to call for help outside of orders would be nice as wel.

    Bad navigation. It shows me to drive on the wrong side (left) of the road, even roundabouts shows to drive on the left side of it. When I get messages with trip details and tips on inbox it shows an error (404) everytime. I never can see my earnings. It shows a blank screen. I had called support and complain and they tell me to uninstall and install the app. To shut my phone off and on again, but it won't fix it. Very unreliable.

    Often goes offline automatically. I have to constantly monitor if I'm still online. I have to clear cache after every trip, go offline and back online, and only then I get another trip request. If I dont go offline and online, I never get another trip. This started after I recently updated the app. The report app issues button does not even work in the app 😂

    The most useless app ever.So cumbersome, I try registering and made a mistake. Sent them a mail to delete the first registration. After trying to register again I was told my account has been blocked because I have double registration. The app is not user friendly and very slow. App should be user friendly and smooth

    Was working for two years & always the same problem. I log in i press go then i pass 20 to 30mn going around in a zone with 2.5 fare all red no calls. Everytime i have to call the support & they have to do troubleshooting with the app so does it work . I changed my phone internet provider. Always the app bugs & doesn't work . That s sucks

    It is really frustrating trying to receive help for my issues, especially when the "Report App Issues" button appears to be deactivated, especially since it does nothing no matter how frequently I press it in repetition. I keep receiving ride/delivery orders even after I've pressed the "stop receiving offers" button, and due to me declining them (even after I've already said to stop receiving orders) it adds to my decline rate, which should not have occurred in the first place.

    Terrible app, so many bugs. After I accept the trip, it sometimes shows that I'm already next to the rider when I still need to get to them, so I have to drop the request, because I don't know where to go - it simply doesn't show the map. Rebooting and reinstalling doesn't help.

    The app I have NO issues with and the only reason I give it a 4 star rating is the navigation system. It's horrible! I do Uber eats and everything has been working great for me but the navigation is always off on the location so thankfully I know my areas pretty well. It will tell me to go left and I know for a fact I need to go right. If the GPS worked properly this app would be amazing. Other than that great job!

    Account picture not where it says it is. Can't contact anyone. Report problem link does NOTHING. I can't contact anyone or upload my documents. Really poor construct. I'm using the uber driver app. The link you supplied is invalid. How can even stay in business when your platform is broken... I've wasted hours, days, weeks on trying to get this to work. I need to talk to a human on the phone.

    Ever since I started back 3 weeks ago...been nothing but problems with the app. It's not the same & its frustrating & makes me not want to drive for them. And support has no idea .     The navigation is very very outdated. edit July 1, 2020: getting an answer that I have to delete the apps cache is here. bad navigation software doesn't get better by deleting the cache. fortunately I found that instead of uber nav can use google maps. just check the settings. another thing is that sometimes there are surge areas. arriving there those areas mysteriously disappear. I suspect that uber charges the surge but not giving the surge to the drivers.

    This app is aweful, all of a sudden it says my account needs attention and that i should contact support, when i contact support, it takes me to the covid -19 journals. I have read all but one of them refuses to be marked as read. I have read it a thousand times plus, it.Still doesnt show i have read, because of that i cant go online and there is no place on the app i can make a complain. Its been i week now. I read it everyday to see if my app will open but It doesnt. Am fed up.

    Incredibly frustrating app. I have to reinstall the app every two days. Constantly gives me a white screen whenever I try to see my messages and or trip info. One of the worst app I have ever used. I informed customer service regarding the issue and it's been over a month, no change. Even after the recent update.

    The new update has made this app garbage. I haven't been able to thank my customers for tips in over a month due to the 404 Error. And now suddenly the app closes and my phone's screen saver comes on after inactivity while in the app and also while Navigating. I've reinstalled, allowed all permissions and deleted my cache

    Ive just updated my criminal check. This was a nightmare both the app and website needs to address this issue. I had obtained new check before old one had expired but was unable to update. When i finally got a reply in support as you no longer have phone service. I was informed national crime check has to send result directly to you . There is no info in app or website regarding this issue . National crime check told me they get phone calls all the time. I lost 3 days work because of this.....

    so I'm trying to set up for this Uber driver app and apparently when you try to take a photo it does a zoom in photo so it's taking photos of my forehead or it's just not lining up correctly it just automatically zooms in so fix this problem because obviously you're not going to let me do anything unless you have a photo of me. Y'all just want to make things complicated so people can't make extra money.

    I haven't been recieving any delivery offers for the past week =[. The app sent a message to contact support but I can't get in contact with anyone. I checked the "Documents" section in the app and notice that the "background check" was red. I just put in my info, hopefully that fixes the problem. Anyone else having a problem, check everything in the app. Really love working for Uber >_<

    So the support team is useless. They respond with meaningless messages and then they wait for the driver to reply. They keep playing this game untill the thread is lost. The app has many bugs and issues. Missing fares. Fare components not showing in the fare resulting in less fare. And useless support team. What does that make? A company that will face many lawsuits for fraud and overdrafting the drivers and the passengers.

    The app is too slow interacting with the Google maps. It takes way too long to bring up the map and start directing. This creates a problem, since you have to wait a while and the passengers get irritated and wonder why you're not starting the trip or turning in the wrong direction. Please learn from Lyft and let's do better.

    Update: June 24th.. earnings page going white yet again...... Pages crash alot. I have had to uninstall the app and reinstall it twice now.... earnings page goes white..... doesn't load... click on messages In inbox... goes white doesn't load. You need dedicated phone help for uber eats or a direct email or message link. GPS lists alleys as roads. Ping locations are sometimes nowhere near drop off or pick up locations.

    When we set a destination towards which we'd like to go, like home, your stupid app programming offers me a pickup 4 miles in the direction I set, but the drop off point is back 3 miles in the direction I came from where I set my destination preference. If that's not inconveniently assanine , I don't what is. Taking me back to where I started from? It really is annoying. Stupidest app ever. Fix your damn vehicle selection and photo id .

    Slaggy with location errors after latest update. It happened last week where the app's navigation froze while trying to get to L'eggspress in st-constant. I had to use Google maps to get there. Second update June 9 2020: Earnings no longer load inside app. I can only access those through my browser. June 21 update: I still can't access weekly earnings from app. June 26 update: White screen still there when trying to access earnings

    The app is extremely glitchy. Some of the pages when you try to open them just go to a blank white page and never load. I get notifications of tips but when I try to open the transaction to view that delivery they don't load anymore. Neither does the weekly summary page. Please fix!

    The link for the background consent release under documents is dead. I've clicked over 100 times over 3 weeks to get an annual background check done. I've filled it out ,checked consent box, hit submit, got the green check saying done and NOTHING! Uber support says they don't havei . Checkr says they don't have it. Can't get any help anywhere. Can anyone fix this?

    This app..needs to be revised!!!....... It has been charging me...6000 ugx per week as service fee... Yet i have not been online for Quite a long time..since a Quarantine was put in my countryfor the pandemic covid 19 ...and yet no even one rider has paired up with me........ So i just dont know what reason i should pay that money yet i have not even made a penny for one ride...... Offices are closed too.... No where to consult!!!......( seek assistance)??? Why??!!!

    There's always an issue with this app. I get kicked out sometimes when I'm trying to take a picture of the food at the customers door or when I try to leave a note. Also, when I go to my inbox and click on the message saying I received a tip. It says page 404 not found. Why is any of that even happening. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. It's up to date. Frustrating to say the least.

    UPDATE ITS BEEN EXACTLY A MONTH IN AND I STILL CANNOT LOG IN BECAUSE OF THIS BACKGROUND CHECK BUTTON NOT WORKING. Everything is way too buggy, I've done everything you guys said and now that it's time to do my background check I cant even get that to go through. The app tells me it's been sent but checkr says they haven't recieved anything. So now I cant even work. This is crazy. Support keeps sending the copy and paste messages.

    To be honest I'm very disappointed in your app. I joined Uber in less than a month and had completed 130 rides and had less cancelation. I put in my best to give my riders that first class experience but you were quick to disable my account because a rider accused me of contacting him or her after a ride. Justice is only served when you hear from the other party. I might have contacted a rider based on unseen payment. This to me is rather an unfair and unjust treatment. Very disappointing Uber.

    Since the update, when I have the Uber Driver app on, it won't keep a charge. When the app is off the phone charger work just fine. I wasted money buying new cord, new car charger, and a check up at Pepboyz just to find out it's the app. Please do an update soon, because I have to work for two hours than stop for an hour just to get my phone to charge up.

    The app works fine but the driver support has gone pathetic...I had uploaded my driver accreditation ( I am based out of Adelaide, Australia) even before it expired but it's been 3 days my account is still suspended even though I had submitted the driver accreditation before it was due to expire... moreover phone support is not working and there is no other way I can get in touch with the driver support team...God knows when they will approve the document.

    Good morning the app does work properly I did download my document 5times and this still ask for documentation, when I try chat for help the chat does work a two weeks I try. And I call several times as well for uber for the fone number stay in app and always I call they tell me its a wrong department and when I ask what can I do they tell for I go app help and speak for chat, but the option chat does work. So I do not understand how can I contact uber and try understand what happened?

    I have been with the issue of not receiving requests while I'm online. Since Monday morning upto now. I have contacted support several times and they sent me mail that they have worked on it and I can receive trips normally. Since that time upto now no cash or card trip I received. Even if I wronged them can't they forgive and activate my account to receive orders

    I've been trying to add a vehicle to my uber drivers app for three weeks and its telling me that I need to finish adding documents but when I click on finish documents it's just taking me back to the original late, therefore not allowing me to add whatever documents I need. Side note I've been been delivering on bikes for a couple of months before.

    The background check consent form doesn't upload after being submitted in the app. Therefore the check doesn't initiate and you can't go online. Support doesn't allow an alternate way to upload a consent document and bounces you between a different support staff constantly so you have to start all over each time. Very unfair process.

    I've tried signing in but I'm still facing issues. The app doesn't let me login but after continuously trying for an hour or make request to Uber help then it will randomly let me log in and Uber reply me "sorry for inconvenience" . Please please please fix this issue asap as it is causing inconvenience/ irritating.

    Some of most common problems after the last stuiped updates till now: * receiving new request while taking a photo for the order. * not able to see the tip from the second custmer in a delivery trip. * crashs * can't see the added money when the customer service add any for some issues. * never see the content of the tip notification, all the time says error in loading the page. * i have to delete&reinstall the application every few days to be able to see some details about trips and earning ..

    Just trying to get started and when i took a picture of my license. It keeps asking me to retake my drivers license too many times. Talking about it cant see it when it can. Keep receiving emails and texts about retake picture of drivers license. Getting frustrated to a point i dont even wanna use this for pick up or to be a driver ughhhhhh.

    Worst app. Uber GPS feature doen't work properly. Issues getting support (all replies are automated). Trips are canceled for no reason... Sometimes issues with communication features. i can't replace my profile picture. a lot of issues... I'm very disappointed!

    Poorly developed app and poor business practices. The Share My Ride feature is no longer working. The Night Mode never works properly and becomes blinding at night. The Acceptance Rate is unfair. Goes down 2% for every decline but takes 5 rides to bring it up by 1% And GPS is like following a blind squirrel.

    The app works fine but the position of the "DECLINE" button is a real trouble maker. When an order comes, may be if we are typing something by mistake if we press the decline button it cancels the order, even I really don't understand the use of decline button because if you dont accept the order by 10 seconds it cancels automatically. Many of my friends also faced the same issue, either there should be alert before DECLINE or the button should be removed.

    This app is freezing again. Privacy mode is not working. Conformation rates are not showing on the app. I have already spoke with uber tech over these issues but nothing as been resolved. Also you still have customers that have not got the face mask when travelling. Turn up to the job only to cancel because of no face mask. Costing In fuel and this is not a job that we do for nothing. Guys already done this so can't be bothered if you can't. Cheers

    I am unable to upload my VEVO Check, and National Crime Check. I have been trying it since almost last two weeks or perhaps more. The VEVO gets uoloaded but after a awhile it again shows pending. This I have done by uploading the original VEVO document downloaded from NCC site. As regards the criminal check , my Criminal Check I have undertaken and have tried to upload it, but the upload button (link) doesn't work either in the app nor on the website, criminal check shows my document has expired. I can send both my freshly obtained VEVO and Criminal Check documents by email if you want. I am not able to take trips, which is affecting my income. Please help in getting the needful done.     Sometimes the GPS throws you off the location and you have to either use Google Maps or Waze. Another point is thebfact that it almost always takes you throufh the longest route, connecting you to main big roads, whereas one can sometimes use shortcuts, hence saving on time and fuel.

Has lots of useful features; map, delivery notifications, reports earning per ride, earnings per week, chat n communications with customers, etc. Allows one to work with uber to earn extra $'s. The bad. Unstable. Features dont work or stop working; inbox stops working, earnings stops working. Have to reinstall frequently. Uses tons of battery power. Some features are irritating; "make a slight right turn".

    This update is worse than any other update. Trips cant start. If you manage to start too, you wont be able to end it. The app takes longer than before to open. I will advise you use your old version until another new update comes else you will be frustrated. I've ended a trip 30 min ago and up till now is not reflecting on my dashboard.     Terrible, I can't drive! The newest update will not run on my device correctly, I have a joying android radio that runs maps on a 1080x720 display it won't let me mark riders as picked up the bottom bar is stuck on the right side of the screen and is unresponsive. June 1st update, previous update worked great uber developers please help!

    I like being a driver, but the app 80% of the times it doesnt let me see my earnings. It gives me a blank screen or it says something like unable to view. I had completely deleted the APP and reinstall it and it would work a little and then knock me out again.

    Enjoying every Improvement ! Please make decline or accept trip a double tap so that using other app functions cant be mistakenly a decline or accept! - add early access to dropoff address - prior to pickup so that drivers may park accordingly A permanent speed indicator also. Permanent compass too. A breadcrumb trail - so drivers can get out of confusing areas they've dropped off at - without having to fuss with map or open another nav app to find way out.

    7th day in a row where SURGE DOES NOT DISPLAY on my map anywhere in the county.... Glitchy af rn, literally without being able to see where surge is this can cost many hundreds or more dollars per week in earnings :( I have troubleshot everything. Reinstalled app.. Etc. I still receive surge on any surge trips - i just dont get shown any of the areas that have surge.. I went to anaheim/orange county yesterday and the surge displayed normally up there... Ive tested this in iphone & android.. help

    This app is really disgusting... trust me. It's been 50 times I uploaded my photo ID and my work eligibility proof. Maybe you guys have an idea how awful they are but I didn't. It doesn't matter how perfectly you took a picture they're not gonna accept it. They always says "your account is incomplete"... really disappointed.

    Confusing app. If you're going to deliver food register for eats, otherwise you won't get promotions whatsoever for your area if you start with moving people around and then add delivery. Overall an okay way to make money as long as you have car, gives you some sence of purpose, better than being homeless I suppose

    Been driving for 2.5yrs...its a bit frustrating that I keep my car clean, drive the speed limit, im a counselor to some, security blanket and a host of other things as a driver yet I still get low ratings from time to time...its hard to get that 5 star back once its gone its almost impossible! I drive with lyft as well and I've keep that 5 star even when few ratings r a 4...also, its annoying to have to take a pic of my mask on my face everytime I turn it off then back on...we wearing them!

    UPDATE: Changed from 3 to 1. The rating isnt really about the app but more about Customer Service. CS is atrocious. They ask you for info and tell you to respond to their emails, but when you do someone else answers who hasn't a clue what's going on. They have been refunding me $1.25 for toll fees when my charge was $1.35. This has been going on daily for 4 weeks now, multiple tolls a day. All trip dates, times and Ezpass statements have been provided to them. I WILL NO LONGER EXCEPT TOLL TRIPS

    Good ap when it works. I can't check tips through the inbox I get 404 error when I try. And the earnings tab keeps messing up(only shows a whit page) and when it does I have to reinstall the ap to make it work again. Also need a way to select toll road bypassing.

    I change my 5 star rating to one star because, am very disappointed to this app. They added paid previous payment to my current dept for me to pay them again. I contacted their support since yesterday night up now. No response. I want to let them know that, there is no way for to pay without subtracting my previous balance from my current one. If they block my account from today this night. I will switch to drive with bolt or yango or feenix. No time wasting.

    App has allot of bugs, needs work. Specifically the earnings tab doesn't work more often then it does. Inbox tips create a 404 error message. Navigation lags often. Navigation on some roads is broken into repetitive cycles.

    Stuck in an endless loop and support was no help, cancelled my account before even being able to start. Not a good sign for business if the app can't even work. Tried for 5 days, one whole day for them to recognize my legal name, because they even screwed that up. Waste of time.

    I am uber driver with more then 7000 rides, but recently app was disabled with reason " update driver abstract". It was done week ago with clear abstract but app still is not working. Also alcochol delivery certificate does not allow we to be on but and it is not mandatoty. Called on uber phone via app for drivers support - no answer. Contacted support with help function in app but only in few days they responsed that other team (!) responsible to look my documentation and unblock account...

    App constantly needs updates to avoid freezing certain information. App functions to find trips and shows the trips but freezes out trip details and week profit views. Only fix is uninstall, redownload, reset settings etc. PITA

    I love the job, but this app makes it difficult to complete job without any issues. I have to keep reinstalling the app just so I can look at my earnings and thank customers for tips. The gps tends to either freeze up or not find the route. Sometimes it doesn't recognize where my location is and gives directions as if I am just starting the trip.

    I you have an in dash android based stereo, forget it. The last couple updated don't work as menu's get stuck and whatnot. Used to work great and I had so many compliments on how I was a better driver because I didn't have 4 phones in front of me. All I ask Uber is you give landscape support for the Android 9.0 based tablets. I can't take it out of landscape mode because it is in my dash as a double din car stereo. Older versions worked. I know you can fix it.

    I have been a driver for about a year now and the app has always had some kind of problem but lately it has had major problems. I did a trip on june 25th that lasted a 1and half hours and only got paid 12 dollars and I was suppose to been paid 100 plus dollars been on hold for over a hour and nobody can explain why i cant get what is owed to me! Its june 29th and I still dont have my money!! EDIT: they are trying to say they are waiting on me when I sent all the info in on june 28 nice try tho!

    Presently the app is giving me issue passing the option after taking the picture with my mask on, getting to support is well non existent. I keep restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling trying to get it to work.
