Zolo is one of the most unprofessional and irresponsible service based companies I've ever experienced. You'll find errors in every level of their work, starting from their app(like changing dates and charging you extra, or adding hidden charges).Their service is pathetic, their property managers doesn't care if there is an issue in the property(electricity or water issues)and switch off their phones when it happens. Nobody takes responsibility. DO NOT STAY AT ZOLO if you want to live peacefully

I paid the amount, but this app had some problems that they dont want to accept, as money was deducted from my account. Also they dont have good service unless you complain gor days that will soon turn into weeks.

Zolo provide very pathetic service and do money extraction from Tennants. They did sanitization process in May and took 500rs from each Tennant. Later on sanitization process stopped for last 3 months but they are still taking 500INR from everyone. When you raise complaint on this they said zolo management asked us to take 500rs, also they have increased food prices, rent by 2000 rs in an year. They are looting everyone here.

I was lucky to got good property, but Zolo app experience is worst they charge 500 for covid without telling in advance, food is either average or not eatable, they told i will get refund within 7days after leaving zolo but it took 21days and they deducted 1.5k from it. Worst company, if you are lucky you will get a good property to live in but since zolo itself is worst you will face many difficulty and that's not what anyone want to experience after giving money.

A worst place to stay do not ever use this options for monthly rentals only the photos are good the stays are pathetic, and they are charging a huge sum of money it's better to find another accommodation.

Worst app never used this app. Firstly it's too costly. And booking amount is non refundable. If u wanna cancle and you wanna book another pg u can't do that.

Have stayed with zolo for 1.5 months only and will surely not recommend anyone to stay here. There's no room service, complaints are never taken seriously, managers are useless, charge you even after you're eligible for discount, get bugs in your food and that's not it. It's just pathetic in everything.

Rent and EB charges are too high.. They will charge you additional 500 per month for covid changes and rooms are not that tidy expecially bathroom. They will charge another 1000 for registration!!

Worst experience They took additional charges of 500 by the name of COVID with out telling me that at the time of booking and even haven't told me about that 500 will be added to your rent after one month no proper explanation is given to me. Worst service not recommended.
