Worst experience.... After giving discount they will charge you the same amount at the time of vacating the property(cut it from the advance money).... They will demand notice charges as well... Will charge high rates for electricity and maintenance.... Many absurd charges at the time of vacating the property...

This rating has nothing to do with app, the app works fine. Its about the service that this company is providing. The room description is completely different on app and in realty. I recommend future users to check the property on google maps for feedback and images of original property and not to consider the images on the app which are fake. They sholud also call the caretaker and confirm the bed and rent before booking through app because the caretaker will tell you different rent(higher).

Zolo rooms are not good what we expect.. Property manager will show sample rooms when u visit the property but they wil allot another room while checking in after payment..so u will be fooled that time..don't believe their offer's they will revert back the offer amount while checking out from the property so be careful..so my best advice is find some other property better than this.

Update 19 Oct 2020: After exiting from zolo, cleared all dues, got clearance from ground level team but no refund from Zolo. Fake excuses such as pending approval from head office. 14 days passes, they told to wait 7 days to get approval. But if rent is delayed by 1 day huge fine is charged. Pathetic services and attitude to customers. Huge rent, poor quality, delay in repairing old and broken equipments,Spoiled utensils, Old & used beds, sheets, no food, no security -random people stay inside

This is regarding zolo waterfront property in chennai, the app works fine. They charge high electricity bill without any proof. Complains are not handled properly, I stayed with leaking AC the whole time. The whatsapp number provided in app is of no use, they will ask you to put complaint on app that will be closed automatically after 72 hrs

Great staff. The housekeeping is great. They clean each and every corner of the room. Help you keep your room tidy all the time. The ambience is pretty great too. The caretaker- Meenakshi Ma'am is very helpful too. They note down your temperature when you enter the premises. Have parking space for 2 wheelers. They sanitize the premise every day. I suggest this place to everyone (office going or students)

The app lacks the user experience. As i'm already staying in one of the property, First thing I want to do is check my subs, Food menu or anything related to my stay not the listing on the app. The name for this details are place in the middle of bottom nav named "Dashboard" instead should be the one & first priority when you open the app. Should be called as "My stay". There is no way you can update my banking details and other info after skip, Even if they are blanked or filled on the first. Food menu is shown as an Image rather than proper card listing, Image is too small to look properly and cropped from the bottom as well. Too much colours used in the app, Makes it confusing. Lack the branding as well. Good work but lots of improvement required.

I had worst experience with app, i clicked on the notice for check what will it cost to extend for couple of days. Instead of showing me updated calculation, it extended my notice. Due to that i have to pay 2k more. Zolo support is saying that we cannot revert your notice back to original date. Pretty much useless app.

The refund process is on the mood of operations manager and the executive sitting at helpdesk has no idea nor any explanation. Worst that could be expected from a reputed brand.The rooms are completely different from the one shown in picture. Electric connections was faulty, water seeping in the walls, it was not even a room, a room built with baricades in the hall. Hey Zolo, if you are reading this, don't just share your support number, that's on google, instead refund my money back at earliest

We stayed in this pg at least once a year to spend a month and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of kitchen is also good but we normally eat the veg . It is superb, especially the Sunday . Excellent service too.

Zolo is holo at ❤ Offers you max comfort and discounts initially and once you are set they nicely cease discounts and subsequently attitude changes. Joined recently to zolo and provided with one room and within 24 hrs I was asked to squeeze into another one by property manager, because it is cost efficient to them. Struggled with Customer relationship experience manager and I was put back into the same room. Now his grudge is pending and in another 24 hrs I m told another would put with me.

This is a good PG for bachelors. I am staying here from last 5 months and it feels like i am at home. Staff's are very caring. They will help you anytime and whatever you need. Rent is high for old tenants. New tenants being charged way less for same size apartment. Some issues take time to resolve. Zolo customer service is helpful but time taken and efforts invested are lacking. Could do better. I am giving a 5 star only because they make an effort to resolve issues but still, my request to managers of the property is that you please ensure your long term tenants are happy.

I was staying in Zolo Havelock Pune. The ambience n facilities r quite gud. Also the caretakers (Ankita n Meenakshi for my location) r vry friendly n cooperative. There is absolutely no issues regarding cleanliness. The only thing I struggled with was the food n furniture. I think it wud b grt if they cud install a chair n table in every room in their property bcz it is essential for both students n professionals. It was a great experience overall n I wud definitely recommend it to the readers.
