Mindfulness Center is Sweden's leading educator in mindfulness. Our e-courses are used daily by thousands of users and are developed by the doctor Ola Schenström who is one of our country's leading experts in mindfulness and author of the successful book Mindfulness in everyday life. The online program Here & Now is the most used e-course in Sweden according to a study from Karolinska Institutet.
It is great to practice and learn mindfulness online, especially if you follow an e-course. E-courses have a much greater effect than listening to individual exercises. With our e-courses, which we have good Swedish research behind, it is simple and smooth and the training can be carried out virtually anywhere and anytime.
