The Cooperative is the most popular reality TV show in the Balkans. It has been broadcast for the third season on Pink television by Zeljko Mitrovic, and represents a kind of successor to the former reality show Farma.

The concept of the show program is designed so that a group of 30-40 competitors stay in a completely isolated space from the outside world. The scene is a specially built complex that includes a huge white house with several additional facilities, a swimming pool, an artificial lake… where all participants are under constant surveillance by cameras and microphones, and where every inch of space is covered. Competitors stay here for 9-10 months, and the winner chosen by the audience wins a prize of 50,000 euros.

The first season began broadcasting in September 2017, and ended in June of the following year. The victory in the first season was convincingly taken by the cheated wife and at that time one of the most beloved people in most of the nation - Kristina Kija Kockar.

The second season also began airing in September 2018, ending in June 2019. The victory this time was taken by the second-placed from the first season, and the great rival of last year's winner Kija Kockar - Luna Djogani.

Like the previous two, the third season started on the same date - September 6, 2019. The season ended in July 2020, and the victory was taken by the participant from Croatia, Iva Grguric, surprisingly and with a bit of controversy.

The fourth season, which started in September 2020, is currently being broadcast, and the end is planned for July 2021.
