Yandex Metro is an app by Яндекс in the Maps & Navigation category, listed since at least August 2020. It includes native code only for x86 64-bit, so it won't install on ordinary ARM phones (only on x86 devices such as emulators and some Chromebooks).

Since version 3.6.9, the APK grew from 46.5 MB to 75 MB. Since version 3.6.4, the minimum Android version rose from 4.4 to 8.0.
