I just opened a demo account. Bad grafical interface. It is not clear what currency is invested(EUR/USD), to find that I have to look at profit (there is given the currency type). Graphical user interface is not scalable, lots of overlaping text. Not undersandable. I would attach a screenshot but it seems is not posdible... The answer to the question "Does this app look bad visually? -> YES!!

It's not refreshing properly. It keeps showing me state of account from the time it was open before. The cash is not clearing. There is no way to switch off Sunday candles which is very enjoying. No Hosoda's cycles tool or wave measuring tool. Very often is showing me different amount then I really have/wrong adding my open positions. Ichimoku Indicator is wrongly shifted, it's locking access during high volotality markets... Etc

Hot clunky mess of an app. This is not a frictionless or rewarding user experience. Good charts don't make an app. For the X team it might also be worth deciding which name you're going for. Then you can develop a proper brand.

It's very cumbersome and inconvenient to change between different accounts within the app, takes definitely too much time. Please optimize it, make it efficient.

For the last 3 days, impossible to log in. Very often the app shows you different values than in real. This is just one big Hoax

Good app, but would like to have: - real 2fa (eg authenticator, yubikey, titan etc) - portfolio view as a piew chart so I can easily see percentages of each symbol - export to Excel or csv of portfolio

They hold domestic deposits for more than two days ! And the customer service is not very helpful and not responding to emails, not the best broker if you're serious about trading in my opinion

Pros : Trailing stop on server, many fibonacci based indicators. On my opinion, the desktop browser version is more practical and easy to use comparing with MT4 mostly because all the settings, indicators, or expert advisers run on the server and they are not affected by the connection or the computer failure. Cons: When the market is crowded sometimes the screen freeze on a particular instrument.

Everything is great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the charts that I have made on desktop platform does not show up in the mobile app. If they resolve this I will give it 5 stars easily. Really recomend this broker for simplicity of their platform (I wamted something other that mt4 :/ ), great quick costumer service and easy money deposit withdrawals.
