So I recently paid for a subscription. But please your web app is slow while navigating. Your mobile app is limited in features and the inventory management you offer is below basic. Optimize the web app and upgrade the inventory system or else I will cancel my subscription and use Zoho instead. If I am thinking it others are too. Otherwise I love the simplicity of xero

I used to like this app to quickly submit expenses whether on the company credit card or my personal one. Now if you have to file personal expenses you have to get a whole different membership subscription and use a whole different app. It really defies the KISS principle and of course increases the cost to small business owners. it looks like we're going to have to look for an optional accoubting software program that doesn't provide so many hurdles and hidden costs.

My experience with the app was excellent until recently. After a successful login the dashboard failed to load. I was prompted to check my internet connection and retry. This issue happens consistently in various geographic locations with trusted internet connections. Today, I sadly uninstalled the application. (Galaxy 7S) Sept 9th: Reinstalled with most recent update. Issue continues. Sept 10th update: today's update solved the problem.

client didn't attach pay link to invoice, I didn't notice the error until I paid for an account through Xero and noticed it still wouldn't allow me to pay, I had to learn how to use there system before I found their clients error. Once the error was resolved I was able to pay the invoice. I requested a refund from Xero and after explaining what had happened they have offered me a refund.

Zero support. They provide a maze to try to get support and when you think you may have found a path, you receive an automated email that has nothing to do with your request and doesn't help. Still waiting on a solution to my login issue. While they continue to bill me they tell me I don't have an account.

App is user friendly but with limited capabilities within the app. No access to any reports. Add report access, especially for P&L and Balance Sheet, and I'd call it 5 stars.

This is a corrupted world... More popular is the one that invest more money in marketing. Such a nice accounting system and so underestimate. I moved from one of the popular here in us and I'm saving a lot of time with Xero. It is also way faster. It doesn't have Bell and whistles, but it does have a lot of integrations. The most important is that Xero build great foundation. I have a little issues with bank feeds... Anyway, great job Xero. Keep it nice and fast!

Where this app falls short for me is by not allowing you to search through transactions and bills. 2/22/20 - 11 months after my earlier review, we still can't search through transactions and bills. The app is really not useful when you need it.
