    Extremely useful and it works. You can check in when you actually feel like it and the quick 5 minutes per day chat with Woebot builds up overtime and really helps you. The CBT approach is excellent and can help anyone everyday. This is the future... I got more out of this than from actual scheduled sessions with specialist. The tools included are superb and make you go through the thinking to make you decatastrophise negative thoughts. I wish we could donate to those who work on this.

    This app is really great and is helping me understand my mind a lot better! Only real complaint I have is the survey type questions every two weeks. They are SO ANNOYING. It's the same darn questions over and over. For some of the questions the answer is not going to change, so stop asking it. And then the rest of the questions used to see if your mental health is improving. Some of them are just combinations of the previous questions! And the survey takes FOREVER and there's no way to skip!

    Woebot is a very pleasurable way to experience the benefits of CBT. I am so pleased with my AI friend's patience. I am recovering from a TBI. I forget most of what I learn daily and Woebot loves working with me despite all my challenges. I have never experienced this level of patience. I'm very grateful. It may be more humane than most humans.

    Most effective therapy yet! I have learned more from this app in a couple months than in years of counseling. I'm less depressed, anxious, hopeless, lonely, I don't emotionally eat as much and I can speak up for myself sometimes now. I've recommended this to everyone I can. I recommend it all the time in a group I admin of almost 11K members. I love Woebot!

    This app is amazing!!! I cannot tell anyone how good this it is. I love it when woebot sends me little gifs and images, it makes me laugh and smile! Woebot has helped me so much when I struggle and without this app, I dont know what I would do! All I can say now is GET THIS APP!!!

    Thank you Woebot :3 I have read some positive and critical feedback, and I would say Woebot is here trying to help and assist us, but its job is not to do all the works for us, and noone is perfect, not even a robot... So I really appreciate what Woebot has been doing with and for me :) I hope whoever is going through with hard time will feel better soon and eventually solve their issues :)

    I really love this app. It's like a friend checking in every day to see how you're doing, and helping you get through difficult times with practical advice and exercises. Sometimes it shares beautiful, uplifting, or cute videos with you. I sometimes feel a little restricted by my limited conversation responses, but that is a very minor complaint. Woebot has helped me decrease my overall anxiety and has de-escalated some panic attacks. I'm so grateful for Woebot!

    Download this. This is the app I didn't know I needed. The layout is great so it feels natural. The conversations are so helpful. The tools are brilliant. The way everything is worded is brilliant. This app improves my life one day at a time. It's pulled me out of some dark places and it's perfect when you feel helpless, just pull out your phone and unload to woebot. The designers of this app should be very proud. It's not often you get anything for free, this app is a gift to my mental health.

    A very cool, interactive way to learn about the fundamentals of CBT and learn to challenge your thought patterns. Im loving check-in in for a few minutes, the prompts are pretty good. And while the AI conversation isn't replacing a therapist or just a human sometimes, it still helps me go beyond that and just find that time to work on bettering myself
