EDIT - due to recent changes in android security you need to go to the app permissions for Location permission and set to "allow all the time" for it to switch in the background. App works fine now Poor and doesn't work as described. Bought the pro version for the auto switching in the background. Only time auto switching works is if I open the app manually. Defeats the point of the pro version.

Poorly written app. Constantly switches between routers even when they do not match the db threshold. in fact, it often switches to the weakest of my three routers for no apparent reason, waits about 15 seconds and switches back to one of the strongest ones. I've monitored it and watched it switch to the weakest (garage) of my three routers while sitting stationary on a desk 1 foot away from another router. Galaxy S5. Needs work. Don't waste your money at this point. Garbage

Paid for Pro version. Worked perfectly on my S10e while it was on Android 9. Now on Android 11 and it only switches if I launch the app. Have turned off sleep for app in system prefs, turned on run in foreground in app settings. No joy. Emailed dev. No reply. :-( Last app update was Apr 2019. Guess he's abandoned it ☹️

Read articles about how this app could help my wifi switching woes because my house is like a bomb shelter, so I have multiple access points and hate that Android won't switch automatically. Sadly, this app literally did nothing. Even not having Android M (more up to date than that), I allowed permissions, but the app never did anything. I marked networks as "Preferred"...nothing. Never asked me to switch networks once.

No Stars sorry doesn't work on Pixel 3XL. Sitting right next to the outside router, nada, using LTE. Inside router out of range, no notification to switch. Screenshots to prove it. App says no notifications sent, ever, and I've been back and forth.

I try it but, won't work like I expected you can change the settings and the move to another router and nothing happens, I already use one free and it's working perfect

I dont use this to automatically switch. I use it to make my phone stop automatically switching. I do that with the prefered check box. Work has too many APs and my phone keeps switching between equally signaled APs with the same name. For my purposes this app works great

Works fine on my samsung phones (A51). Don't forget to activate "Allow location" so that it runs perfectly. The best setting for "Switch Rage" is -60. I have bought this application to be the pro version. Nice...

Its ok. Its not really switching to the strongest signal. It gets hung up on the tp link hotspots and wont release to the main router even when right next to the router.

It just won't switch networks. I've tried changing settings to be more aggressive on signal strength but in the end it's easier to turn off the WiFi and turn it back on.
