Too complicated, too convoluted but worst of all too unreliable. I want Quando back! ------ Thanks for your answer. Good to know you read your reviews. So here's my edit: The subway is in the station but your app says it's another 4 minutes wait. You've got a lot of work ahead of you before you achieve the accuracy Quando had 5 years ago.

One would think, that the purpose of this app is to provide accurate and on- time information. No... No it does not. Waiting for the tram. App says 3 minutes.... tram time says 15. Which is correct? Why can't this app be accurate? Quando showed real time information...its possible. Just not with the wiener lienien app. And they have no interest in fixing it.

A very useful feature would be having the possibility to buy and store tickets to activate later when needed, in case you're running late for your tram/metro - Currently there is only the possibility to buy a ticket valid "now". Another improvable aspect would be the possibility to add your card details on your profile, so you don't have to lose time filling it in during your (first) ticket purchase.

previously, i used qando wien app, and it was stopped and merged to wienmobil app.. one feature that i liked the most from qando wien that is not supported by wienmobil is the number of building, which is really helpful for determining orientation in one glance.. so, it would be great if wienmobil can add it too.. update-1: many thanks for the info, i'll update my rating then.

1) could show u-bahn entrances (not the position of the stop which is actually underground) 2) Disruptions section is great but impossible to copy the text (i.e. hard to google translate...). Update: after two years no change.

Does what its supposed to do, but really clunky. And the ticketing part is a tourist trap. Be careful what you buy in this app!

* Once a route is displayed on the map, no other stations are visible anymore. This would be useful to decide which stations alternatively to walk to. * I cannot search for the name of a place (eg. a restaurant) and the app guides me there. First I have to go to google maps, look up the address there, and then enter it here. In this case I'll just use google maps for everything. You can easily integrate this with the Google Maps API.

Can you please add an option to purchase with less steps? I think I have to click like 10x to buy a ticket from the starting point to a destination, can you make it so that i can click a button that says "input destination" and it uses my standard departure point? And it will accept all other steps in 1 click like the payment method and so on all saved in the one step already

Ticket not received even though paid. Support not answering. Had to reclaim the money via PayPal. It used to be 4 clicks to get to PayPal (bad UX), but the geniuses increased it to 6 adding the Terms. Not too late to make an all-time high score on that.

The worst app there is. Takes ages to buy a ticket, paypal email is set to account email and no way to change it.
