Terrible layout has been updated once since the dawn of smartphones. I only use it for the weather technical discussion and that's buried and hard to find. Videos play automatically which is actually what got me to uninstall it. There's no option to stop videos from playing automatically? Garbage.

I Can Never find anything useful in the channel 3 app. News broadcast states find the full details on our channel 3 app and that info is not able to be found anywhere in the app. Happens every time. Very frustrating. Deleting the app as it is useless. :-(

Worst app ever. I hate to say this about WFSB because I'm a devoted follower, but this is unusable. The weather radar function is lousy. Using the menu to navigate just takes me to a blank screen. I uninstalled, then reinstalled and the menu then at least loaded the page. Wanted to upload a picture, filled out the form but the button to select the file wouldn't work. I give up. WVIT here I come.

Definitely not an improvement over the previous version. Much less logically arranged and requires more taps and swipes to get to what I use. Really gating the double vibrate notifications - too much like Messenger and no way to change it. I'm not clear why it had to change or why it needed to be so different. Very inconvenient that it didn't pick up the settings from the previous version. Thinking of removing the app.

Horrible experience. I swear whoever designed this app has never used it before. Live stream sucks, it has a option to stream to Chromecast from the title menu but can't stream any videos. More than half of the time the live stream doesn't load, you have to return to the menu and load the live stream again. also why isn't there a button for live stream on the left hand column with other relevant links? They make it so you have to search the entire page for it.

I only watch Channel 3 Eyewitness news and enjoy it very much. The ONLY reason I give 4 out of 5 Stars is because on the app it isnt updated hardly at all on the weekends and some of the stories need to be proof read better before they are posted. Besides that my favorite part of the morning show is Trending Now. And overall I enjoy watching the people of Channel 3 morning, noon and night. RIP Denise

while these guys view weather as part of the news, ie not a strict weather site which is reflected in a less than complete graphic menu and somewhat clunky navigational flow they do explain scientific aspects in a satisfying manner. their "technical discussion" destination is the best place to understand local weather. the viewer gets a chance to play around with uncertainty, to add his own intuition and experience into the mix. it appeals to my inner geek which is quite different the strictly

I used to love this app I used it all the time all of a sudden it won't let me change to full screen mode when I'm watching the broadcast live and the broadcast is chopped and today it wouldn't even let me turn the sound on the ads are bad enough and I could deal with it so long as I waited until they played in the broadcast started but now it won't even let me turn the sound on at all the button is there but it's greyed out I'm uninstalling try again people please fix it

The app is intuitive to use and loads pretty quickly. The interactive radar and technical weather discussions are very helpful and give insight into more than just the basic details. The pop-up notifications are at the right level of detail can usually be expanded for a fuller read on the notification screen. Only aspect I don't like is that sometimes clicking on a watch live notification takes you to a "We'll be right back" screen ...should go to prev rec video or text summary
