Still no option to send an order by tapping on the map, like in the web interface. You still have to manually input the address, which the devices don't locate properly. If I know where a point is exactly located on the map, I want to send an order to that exact point, not to communicate the street/no. to the device the address. Plus, when a point is i.e. a parking on the highway, there is no address for that... Please add this feature to the app.

If the older version was bad, this one is way worst then the previous. It is just giving you a small, very small, amount of information about the vehicles, the interface is like the first age of the graphics. Sorry girls and guys, but with each passing day, since TomTom passed to Continental, this reliable software is turning in to a disaster!

This is a loser, it does not update, even if you restart the app. The one main purpose of fleet management is knowing where you vehicles are and tomtom can't get that right, which make any of the other features of this app utterly pointless. I may as well have installed Tetris. That would have given me a similar fleet management capabilities than this waste of time.

Worked fine until the update on 24/02/2020. Now incredibly slow to react to any interaction with the app. Even moving or zooming in on the map takes along time to respond. The old version was far superior.

There's room for improvement but honestly I consider it a huge step forward compared to their old app. Some login issues initially but now they've been mostly solved. Keep up the good work, guys.

Could do with the refresh screen button, well based on your reply the update is worse than the previous version because it doesn't always update the information on the screen I've had to log out and back in for it to update......

very disgusted in the service and working of this app, trying for several days to come back on track with no results. Definately not recommended anymore, although i have been using it for some years now! There are better systems now available elsewhere

The update is horrid, After 2 years of being able to refresh the screen, How Do You Go Backwards ? 17 units with you and not happy !

DOES NOT WORK!! I am also a user, but cannot get onto this app because of error 1101!!!very infuriating!!! Review telimatics is way better and cost 70% LESS!!!
