How to install WebEye v5.2.8 on Android 8.0 Oreo+

- Grab com.wgi.WebEye_181.apk — hit the Download button above (40.9 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
