The old interface was much better. The map used to show rain, clouds etc and could be advanced in time so you could see the possibility of rain; now it is just a useless piece of eyecandy. The 5 day hourly forecast is still good, but bring back the old version. Thanks for the reply, I can now access the maps. The old method was, however, still better.

Brilliant, simple little app with everything the normal person needs. Very reliable, always runs faultless on my S21. I mainly use the forecast for the next 5 days and the map if I want to see what's happening in more detail. Not 100% perfect but the best out of all the apps I have tried.

Decided to go for the paid version as I spend a lot of time trail running and going to the Yorkshire Dales & Scotland. First impressions are really good but I would like to see a level of customisation if I'm paying for something, in my case, I would like to move the Mountain Rescue section which gives your coordinates to the Main Screen. If I got injured in a remote spot I might not have the presence of mind to go searching through menu's.

Great interface, let down by terrible accuracy and data. Rain is often predicted then vanishes, the detail view is changing all the time if the weather is mixed. A better data feed would really improve things

Excellent details. Most impressive the pujol UK weather app but more modern. Would like columns of observations data if possible in future. V pleased at last to find a good one for latest Android version.

This is a lovely Weather App, the icons and displays are very good, and you can set this up as complicated or as simple as you want, and also select which information screen you want your Weather UK App to open with. and the best bit, you can set up a dark background, brilliant. Accuracy in the Uk comes from the Meteorological Office, so its useful to get weather conditions just upwind of your location. Great App thank you.

Update to my previous post at the bottom. I am now more than happy to give this app 5 stars after the recent update brought back realtime observations. This is the only weather app you will need. Good work developer 😀 Old post... Not happy with new update. i can see no option to check realtime observations that used to be in the old version. Please bring the option back !

Latest version is not much of improvement for me. On my Asus tablet, I can't set location, only auto location works. Colour coding for day means I need to keep looking across - what's wrong with Mon Tue etc which gives immediate info? Equal periods of time on chart would be better equal width, more detail could be shown by narrower bars. Customization of display is good, an intro screen explaining how to do this would be a lot better. Heavy/light rain symbols are not obvious.

Paid for the app as i really liked the simple and clear layout and design and the fact that it uses Met Office data. The widget is good too. But I later realised that it only forecasts 4 days in advance. Developer got in touch to say that he is restricted due to Met Office data feed. Hopes that a future change may allow him to offer this though.
