for whatever reason, you can only watch half of an episode before you get hit with the endless loading screen. closing and reopening the app does nothing, sign in and sign out does nothing. you just have to try until it works again

The 1 & ONLY app that the volume constantly cuts out & the channel itself is always "loading" with a black screen so of course you can't actually watch any shows or hear it. Absolutely ridiculous! Would give a - rating if it were possible!!

After logging into my internet provider it's still says connectivity issues try again,I'm deleting and re-downloding the app to see if that helps🤞🏼If not could you all fix the problem as it will be greatly appreciated 💞 Update: uninstalled and still didn't fix the issue even re-entered my Mediacom information instead of auto detect and it's still says check my connectivity 🤦🏻♀️

This app has had playback issues for YEARS. I've been trying to watch these shows for literal years and I can't because it's the only platform that offers it and they never work.

The worst app ever created in the world!!! Commercials play fine but the shows crash h how backwards is that!!! Then you have to restart the app and of course watch 20 more Commercials until the show starts only for it to crash again

Never work correctly. Always crashes..can't get through one episode without it stopping and a error pops up. Please go back to the drawing board on this one.

App is TERRIBLE!!!! When casting, the app dialogue is ALWAYS OFF like an old Godzilla movie!!! You have to constantly go back a few seconds to fix it...only to have it mess up again in 5 minutes!!! Now it decides to disconnect from my chromecast so when I try to "rewind" I have to disconnect from casting and force close the app and start the process ALL OVER AGAIN. MORE THAN ANNOYING. Thanks for the terrible experience. I love watching Love After Lockup but only when I can actually WATCH it. FIX

Horrible. I can't wait for the season of the show I am watching to be over so I can delete it... this most certainly is that type of an app. Consistently freezing, plays the same exact commercial, the entire time it plays commercials. The only reason I use it on my phone is cause for some reason. The TV app, doesn't even have the show on it! #StrpYourGameUp #Deleted #DontWasteUrTime.

Update: I can no longer get videos to play...at all! WeTv needs better app developers! App force closes repeatedly, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
