Almost scam to say the least. They deduct next billing cycle fee two days earlier and when we talked to them that we don't want to renew they refused to refund although the new period have not started yet. This isn't the only bad thing, you don't have access to the saved payment methods, you can't tell when or how much the next bill is, the application is extremely poor and under developed, search function isn't working on fire stick and you had to manually search for content.

The worst platform, with the worst website and mobile application i have ever used! 1-No search engine while using on fire tv. 2- The categorization of the content is pathetic. 3-Very limited content. 4-I am not able to edit/remove or even see my payment method. 5-No billing information. 6-When i tried to cancel my subscription one day before its end date i found that it was renewed already!. 5-No customer service to get back to!

How come I can't have multiple devices access? If a different family member wants to watch a different program they need to wait for me until I'm done watching and vise versa! If I try signing in from a different device, it signs me out from another!!! This is unacceptable and not family/child friendly app. I can't give limited safe access to my child without exposing him to Adults content! It is also buggy when I try to Chromecast it and there's no customer support number to call!

Downloaded it a few days ago. Its glitchy when viewing the shows, don't pause unless you really need to because it keeps freezing and then I have to relaunch the app. Now, it doesn't launch at all, keeps telling me I'm not connected to internet when I'm connected just fine! I uninstalled and reinstalled, the problem persisted. If it weren't for the pathologically excessive TV ads I wouldn't even bother downloading this app. Edit: I tried to resubscribe, gives me an error message. Pathetic

This streaming app has many technical problems. I cannot keep signed in with multiple devices. For example, If I use it on my ipad or phone and signed in on my smart tv, I have to sign in again on my ipad. This means that this app allows you to sign in on just one device or even on your browser. This is not logic!!!. Also, the app is slow and the interface could be better. It may take about 3 to 5 minutes to sign in. Also, How come I watch ads on the app!!!

Too bad experience and waste of money - the user interface (GUI) is so bad and the whole app are so slow. - the order or the episodes should be reversed the last episode should be on the top, it is not supposed to click 30 times to reach the recent episode. - why i can not choose the quality of resolution as any other online app. - the app is too slow . Comprise the episode more we dont watch in 4k resolution. - the app hanged and stop if i tried to forward the episode intro.

I like the TV app for Android TV but honestly since Ramadan there has not been any new content. I paid for a full year after Ramadan being hopeful. If you don't start adding new content you will push yourself out of the market. I really liked where this was going but now its basically halted and there has been nothing new.

ads at the beginning of each content .I pay to have no ads . Continue watching is not working. Still everytime it starts from the beginning. Episodes are uploaded later than both Cable/ Sat TV and other platforms. Skipintro button is not always there. Price is relatively high compared to the offered features. Pairing was easy visually not bad

I just purchased the service after finiding out out that it's not interesting. I have decided to cancel it however even that it's been just five minutes since I purchased it there is no refund option, this service is a scam. please don't waste your money on it. I will contact the Consumer protection service here in Canada if the refund was not performed within the coming 24 hours
