Die Darstellung der Warnungen erfolgt nun bis zur Gemeindeebene anstatt für Landkreise und kreisfreie Städte. So kann z.B. bei aufkommenden Gewittern die Warnung auf die laut Prognose tatsächlich betroffenen Gemeindegebiete beschränkt bleiben. Es muss nicht der gesamte Landkreis bewarnt werden. Die Information wird genauer, Alarmierungen nicht betroffener Gebiete können vermieden werden.
Darüber hinaus wurden noch einige Bugs ausgeräumt. Zudem wurden Impressum und Datenschutz angepasst.

How to install WarnWetter v1.4 on Android API 10+
Takes about 2 minutes. You'll need roughly 21.1 MB of free storage.
- Grab de.dwd.warnapp_1400.apk — hit the Download button above (21.1 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
- Trust your browser to install — on Android 8+ go to Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps, pick the app you downloaded with (Chrome, Firefox, Files, etc.), and flip Allow from this source. On older Android, toggle Unknown sources under Security.
- (Optional) Verify the file — compute the MD5 of the downloaded APK and make sure it matches 6be5b8845cbcab0a…. Any difference means the file is corrupted or tampered — delete and re-download.

Common install errors for WarnWetter
