Worked fine the first time I used it, but tonight I was worried that it had broken my phone! The phone crashed and I had trouble starting it up again, and when I did there was a quick flash of green on the screen before it booted up. After immediately deleting the app and running a scan, apparently everything's ok, but I just to warn people that this VPN is very erratic.

I have never had any problems with Wang VPN. It is reliable and easy to use. If a connection is weak, it tells me and suggests other connections. It is really free and never asks for money. The only ads are when you first connect and they are very short or are not even a video, just a picture where you can immediately click X or "No, Thanks". Love you Wang!

It was a bit of a "freaky" experience, being the fact the person who is using the app is looking for a VPN, obviously. But it automatically asks whenever you try to connect is "Only accept this permission if you trust it", and the rest basically said "Yeah, we're going to have access to your internet, and possibly slow it down and shut it off".

From CN - this VPN works better than the others I have tried over the years. It works pretty great most days. Somedays nothing will load, but I blame that on cruddy internet, not on Wang. As for security, I'm not sure whether Wang would sell your info. That's the risk you take for using a free VPN. Nothing comes free. I like to think that if we all watch the longer ad, he'll respect us. And dear Wang, if you would like someone to correct your English in the app, I'm here to here. 666! 🌹

I've used it twice so far. No issues. Works well. May upgrade to 5 stars if the performance continues. At one point, the app started making a sound like air blowing through a straw. I turned it off and closed the app and the sound stopped. Immediately uninstalled the app, cause it creeped me out, and installed another VPN and the same thing happened. This time, when I closed the ad page the sound stopped. It may be an issue with my phone, or the ad service, or VPNs in general. Not sure.

I've had the app for 2 days only but up to now it seems like it does what it says. I would change a couple of things when first connecting such as the same message every time you connect. I have also found that even if you set the time to 'forever' the app disconnects of it's own volition, and gives no indication it has done so, which is very frustrating, this happens even when I watch the ads which I am told will give me a bonus! I see from review that I am not alone in this experience!

NOW I have to downgrade the rating of stars since the app gets worse，only 3 channels left and none of them is available no matter how hard and how many times I try. I find that a free VPN app at first is good and works well then a lota problems show up, ruining users' expectation. This app is literarily what I've been looking for,easy to use, stable connection. This is one of the best vpn for those in C-h-1na. I've used this since Sep, and it's only fair that I should comment. As someone that had been living with vpns for the past few years, Sep and Oct tend to be the hardest time to connect since its national holidays. Dis year is super tough for us because lots of sensitive stuff happened. I have found Wang VPN to be pretty reliable as far as connectivity goes. There are also a range of settings to choose from regarding servers, battery usage and time connected which is a nice little touch. The only downside has been the speed. I will almost always connect, but at times the servers will be struggling to put out even 10kb/s which barely even supports a simple Google search. To circumvent this, I have had to disconnect and reconnect to multiple servers. Sometimes I'm successful.
