I don't transfer money with Waleteros, but I do use it as my go-to personal banking choice! Absolutely love the app, service, and ease of use. Their customer service is next to none, by far superior to any other banking experience I've had.. and with their live chat, it's like having a bank teller at your beckoning -- and they're actually real, not a bot.. Just downloaded this app recently so haven't been able to cash a check yet or do much because you have to set up direct deposit before you can do much but signed up for that and waiting to see how it goes... other than that they do have very attentive and helpful customer service reps that chat with you if you need help with any of the process!

I had this account in 2018 and while I had it, it was a good account. Now I have a huge problem. I changed my account and used my new bank for 2019 taxes but when the IRS sent me my stimulus check they deposited it into the 2018 Waleteros account. I still have my routing and account number but the card has been long gone. I don't even know if the account is still open so I tried to call them and although I called multiple times during normal business hours there is no answer, even to report a card lost or stolen. So I figured I'd download the app and even though probably don't remember the phone number or password I'd try. I downloaded the app on Android and it gives me an error that the server is being upgraded to try again in a few hours, it's been 4 days. I downloaded it on an iPhone and I get an error that the certificate to the server is invalid. So worst case scenario I have 1200 sitting there and no way to get it and no one to call to help and best case scenario it is closed and goes back to the IRS but again no one I can talk to to help me.

It says they have mobile check cashing but its a lie. They haven't been upgrading yet and still working on it. They said I could go to Walmart, ya if I was wanting to get out this late I would load my other card that doesn't have false advertising. Thanks for nothing. DELETED

*UPDATE* DO NOT download this app & use these banking services. I have had multiple, MULTIPLE times my card has been locked and no one could help me. the last time this happened i was contacted by a manager who promptly contacted me and took care of the issue. I've spoken with customer service twice and neither time no one could help me or let me speak with a manager. I am so fed up with this company that I will be reporting their business to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I load mony into my account but each time when I want to withdraw monye from my account at ATM location the card was not allowed me to do so. And each time when I call to customers service I was given different wait time from different agents. The customer service agents said wait 3, 6, 8 and 24 hours to withdraw my money. The information provided was not accurate and it was not provided before I load monye into the card...I am done with this app and card.

horrible company,i disputed a transaction .they made me wait 90 days before makibg a decision which was in my favor .during this time they locked my account yet issued a provisional credit i couldnt use.now that its no longer disputed ,they cant seem to figure out how to remove a hold they claim is a glitch and tell me to wait until thry call.4 days now still mo resolution even though yhey say maximum alotted time ti wait is 32 hours.tjis company is a sham, unprofessional, and disrespectful .

signed up on the app got the card had it for about 6 months decided to transfer $500 from my PayPal account to the card waleteros locked up my cardwhen I called customer service the system told me suspected fraud which was insane they told me I needed to submit identification and some other documentation I did that now 4 months later they still refuse to give me my money do not use this app this company will take your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

honestly one of the best apps ever. have it connected to my paypal business account and my stripe card proccessing account and only problem ive had is updating my email and thats my fault cause i dont have bills in my name at my address lol. i can deposit from my paypal and have it within minutes.
