How to install Voice, speech notes: Speech to text v1.5 on Android API 16+

- Grab com.thetamobile.voice.notes.speech.text_6.apk — hit the Download button above (4.9 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
