Not getting inbound calls through app :/ The 8x8 mobile app was working fine, I have been trying for a few days to receive incoming calls on the app and I can make outbound calls but I cannot receive any incoming. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have restarted the phone and still nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This app is terrible. Constantly showing you're offline when you're not offline. Happens both for me and my paralegal on 2 different android devices. Cannot get it to consistently show that we're online so that our business calls are answered. Wish I could give it zero stars. Oh and also good luck talking to a support person. You have to wait on hold for at least 20-30 minutes to talk to someone.

Used to be a great app but no longer can use air buds if 8x8 and any other app is being used. If I have 8x8 open nothing else will play. Won't ring when another app is open either, only get missed calls

Customer service is horrible for this company. I have been calling for 2 weeks to get assistance and still haven't. I have sent emails, no reply. . My phones aren't working properly and they are still trying to bill me, but no help in getting phones up.

I can't login through the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now when i try to login by entering the password the screen goes back to the main screen before I can even type in my password

Our office adopted 8x8 in the midst of COVID, as our original phone system could not support remote work. The interface is user friendly and the sound seems good more often than not. If I had any complaint, it would be that there seems to be a time delay, causing me to talk over people, as what they're saying comes through late.

Easy to set up an account but they basically tell you after you've paid, that you'll have to wait up to a week to be able to use the service. Getting ahold of customer service is an absolute nightmare. I'm on hold, still, at this point just trying to cancel my account. I was told I have to wait a week to cancel?????this company is a nightmare. I wanted to get business cards made with this new number. But instead I've spent all day on hold with these scammers. 0/5 stars

For the most part, this app has worked great for several years. I don't have many call quality issues, just a few occasionally. But it's missing some key features. The ability to do warm transfers is completely missing in the app. Since we've been remote for almost a year and a half, this has been painful. Also, there's no ability to do group MMS, so I have to give my personal cell number to our members. Finally, full integration with Android Auto would be nice.

App has been buggy as hell for the many years I've used it. Many times, it keeps ringing even after I've answered it. When I get SMSes, the app doesn't notify me sometimes. And currently, I am getting woken up by robocalls, because the app doesn't respect my phone's Do Not Disturb setting, and vibrates anyway, even when I turned vibration for calls OFF. BTW, 8x8 is just is a terrible company in general these days. I just haven't been able to find a different vendor who seems much better.
