Overall a good app for enjoying your Virgin TV subscription on the go. There are couple of things I'd like to see improved. Firstly the search function doesn't work at all for movies if you have a Sky Cinema subscription. Secondly, the Movies page on the app also only gives direct access to a tiny fraction of movies actually available, which seems a bit weird. The content is all there if you dig for it but they've made it unnecessarily hard to find.

At first I thought this app was great. However, the last 2 boxsets I've tried watching have gone from watchable (managed to get to ep 3 on one and season 2 ep 4 on the other) to 'Not available - shows been blocked due to copyright restrictions' Over night! Whats going on?

Sort of useful? Basically just an interactive TV guide which mimics the one on TiVo? Would be useful if we could set program record or series links via the app like the previous Virgin apps, especially useful if you're away from home and want to record something back home for later viewing. As it is, this app doesn't really offer you anything of real value.

Problem after problem... Now ITV send to have gone from app... It was there one minute and gone the next after the Virgin TV upgrade...will these bugs ever get sorted? Now onto October the app is still pants, it won't allow me watch anything, I've cleared the cache, I've logged out and back in. I've even tried with and without WiFi and still can't stream any channel. My start reading is zero, but obviously you can't add that 🙄

When I try to sign in I'm told to use a valid email address ( my username) , but this app just won't recognise my email address. And this is the very same email I've registered with them, which allows me to sign into other Virgin apps, which receives correspondence from Virgin. And trying to get through to a human being at Virgin to sort matters out is a near impossible task ; one of the reasons I now have my mobile account with someone else. Beyond frustrated 😠

What a pile of junk. Will only play live TV, impossible to load saved programmes. Constant "your internet connection isn't very good" messages when trying to load saved programmes. No it isn't, my internet connection is fine, or live TV wouldn't play (but it does, perfectly). I went back to Virgin hoping that things had improved since the last time I was a customer, but I'm starting to regret the decision. You make £millions in profit from an expensive service - fix the app!!

Download feature does not work at all, meaning once you fully download an episode it says 'not available' and then once you try to re download the episode to try to fix the issue it then says that I have reached the maximum downloads. Good app if you are wanting to watch live TV in another room but if you are going abroad and want to download for the plane or hotel room with no WiFi it's a no go.

Not useless..but the next best thing. How long has this app been available and yet it is still bug ridden enough to make it practically unusable. The fact that it is atill available in this form is laughable and quite sad. Programmes I was watching yesterday are now saying blocked by copyright. That was after a restart as the app told me it was only available on set top. To date I have only manged ten complete episodes of a season....and they were on sky! You charge us enough virgin make it work
