It isn't user friendly. Features are tucked away and not easily at hand. On the first HOUR of use, it is forcing me to open a previous project to continue but won't allow me to select it. So basically I can't use it at ALL now. And when I first bought this it offered a refund button, but when I come back an hour or so later, the button is gone and I just wasted my money. SUPER upset because I'm in the middle of a project and don't have my file or a refund to buy something that works!

I've been using this app for three years now and installing it here on a new phone was bit of a problem. It started up as the usual and if you want to edit a video that you inserted changing the volume and to modify anything. There's no options or doesn't even show anything and after adding a few things like video clips and music you can't zoom anymore. Plus, I usually close abd open the app to start it back up again it just shows your project there but you can't open it. Please help

My son has used this program on his Kindle with no problem, so we downloaded for his Chromebook today. I downloaded it with my Google account first and shared to family library, as it said it was compatible. It was there but required me to purchase it AGAIN for him to use with his Google account. Having now spent more than $30 today for two copies of this app (even though I will never use it), we find that it becomes stuck on the re-load screen. He can see the name of his project as part of a list on "Select A Project To Load" but the only button that comes up is the Delete one. He can't even hit enter to load the project that is selected.

I dont know if I'm getting everything, but the app won't let me save anything, it gets stuck on naming the new video file white screen with no options to save, and simply returns back to editing, theres no save action. When loading the app it stalls I have to come out and go back in for it to work, even then I get stuck on an info white screen which has no instruction or click icons. It's rubbish... and would like a refund.

Just downloaded this App. Windows and Android versions work fantastically, but this one must have been rushed. Cannot get past the Reload Screen. I click on the file, but it does not load and I can't get past that screen. Requesting Refund. If the flaws are corrected I will re-download the App.

menus would not load. video clip details didnt populate. even with making a 19 sec video the system seemed to struggle to process it. not impressed. i downloaded this due to the fact that the WAVEPAD software is absolutely phenomenal. love it. wish videopad was the same. huge letdown

This program worked better on my PC than on my Samsung tablet. There was no button when I tried to save or rename a file and it got stuck asking to open a file that would'nt open when selected. The tech support department was not as helpful as I had hoped.

Doesn't work. Downloaded the paid app created a video and saved it, wanted to open it to edit video screen went to split white screen with 2 options only rename my file or delete. Tried both and nothing happens. Seems to be frozen on opening my file with no option to create a new file either.

DON'T DOWNLOAD!!! READ REVIEWS!!! I bought this app today because I have previously used their desktop version and loved it. Can't say the same for the app. It can't find any photos or videos that I have on my chromebook or that are on my google drive. How are you suppposed to edit a video the app can't find any previsiously saved videos. CCRAZY they are charging people for an app that doesn't even work. I read the reviews but didn't believe that everyone could be having issues. Boy was I wrong
