VCall - Video Calling is an app by Classicdev in the Media & Video category, listed since at least October 2016. It includes native code only for x86 64-bit, so it won't install on ordinary ARM phones (only on x86 devices such as emulators and some Chromebooks).

Since version 4.4.147, the APK grew from 15.7 MB to 19 MB. Since version 3.4.119, the minimum Android version rose from 4.0 to 5.0. It asks for 35 permissions, 7 of them sensitive, including camera, record audio and read phone status and identity. Compared with version 4.4.148, it adds 4 new permissions: “Foreground service camera”, “Foreground service connected device”, “Foreground service media playback” and “Foreground service microphone”.
