Hello, my mobile is lenove phab 2, the splash screen layout is messed up. And when i generate the otp and submit the same, it's giving error. Unfortunately crashed. Please take a look on this matter. It was working fine on my previous mobile. But i upgraded my mobile and facing this issue. I can't manage my account now. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

One of the most inefficient and substandard banking apps I have ever come across. It takes so long to just open the app inspite of good internet connectivity. The new updates have made it worse. Also the option of adding beneficiaries is nowhere to be found which leaves me with the option of being able to transfer only 10,000 rs. in a day which is sooo inconvenient. I don't know why I am still sticking to United Bank of India. Will change it soon. Really disappointed.

The previous version of this app is working fine but there is a problem in the newer version. After download this app from google play store it ask for selection of SIM for verify my mobile number but nothing show in the selection box in the front end of the app. Also the "Send" button is disabled. I request to the developer kindly fix this bug from your end so that I can avail all kinds of banking transactions from my mobile phone. I am ready to provide all kinds of support from my side. Thanks

Registration process should be improved. I don't know only me or anybody facing this problem but when i update this app then you have to re register my mobile number. I was trying for re registration but there was a problem occure. It shows that sms sending fail although my number was active and well maintained. Otherwise no problem. It is ok ok.

The app is flawless but the banking service is worse, if not hellarious. At any point of time I can not transfer funds more than INR 20,000 and that too with a fee of INR 6 through 'Phone Pay'. Please open account with any private bank, if you want to spend your money freely. Last thing you want, is to look at your bank balance helplessly and to search for money in any other possible source, at the time of emergency. Believe me it's painful.

Eversince I updated the app its not working. Though I am a registered user but still its asking to register and trying to send message from my mobile which has a single sim but the app showing option of two sim and when I try to continue by choosing one, after some time it shows sending SMS failed. I think there is a major flaws in this new version which needs to be addressed first. But till then I am not able to use this mobile application

Very bad service. After upgrading to the latest version, this app refuses to authenticate my registered phone number through sms. Instead of sending a computer generated reply, as the bank has done with previous posts, it is BETTER if the app is fixed for everybody's convenience at the earliest. The App is still not working after the latest update. Why are you so inefficient UBI????😢

this is the worst banking app I have ever seen. Earlier one was quite good and helpful also. everytime I want to login it ask mobile verification process. everytime I am giving the mobile number, but it showing failed, and thus I am unable to see my account, unable to transfer any amount, and unable to do any banking activities. Thus really annoying. hopeless about UBI, community.

Very bad design. The SIM of the registered phone number should have been allowed to be active in a different phone but authenticate transactions through OTPs sent to the number. Unfortunately, oversmartly tying this APP to the SIM by mandatorily requiring them to be in the same smartphone EXPOSES USER'S ACCOUNT to UNNECESSARY VULNERABILITIES. Bear in mind USER-FRIENDLY design is the MANTRA.

For last few months I was using this app. It was good and friendly. But for few days(15/20) it was not opening at all. Always showing loading. Even after changing my password the problem remain same. I've removed and reinstalled many a times without any results. I'm having a hard time with this. Please look into the matter
