TV Today - TV Programm is an app by TV Spielfilm Verlag GmbH in the Entertainment category, listed since at least June 2021. It includes native code only for x86 64-bit, so it won't install on ordinary ARM phones (only on x86 devices such as emulators and some Chromebooks).
