TUnIS Navigation

VMT stands for the best-selling Navigation systems in tunneling worldwide. We have equipped thousands of tunneling projects with navigation, information, monitoring and communication systems since 1994. We make sure to guide tunnel boring machines to their destinations with millimeter accuracy. For an easier handling of the navigation tasks we offer in addition to the navigation system on the PC in the control cabin the Tunis Navigation Mobile App.

You are more flexible with the app and you can use TUnIS even outside from the control cabin. If the app is in use, then the navigation software at the control cabin is blocked. But you can see at PC what the person with the app is doing and the person at the control cabin has always the possibility to close the connection to the app.

• Relocate total station to new bracket
• Joystick for an easier aiming of the total station to a prism
• New prism measurement (version 3.5 or higher)
• Segment reference prism measurement (version 3.5 or higher)
• Free stationing (version 3.6 or higher)
• New backsight prism (moving station system) (version 3.6 or higher)
• Position determination (moving station system) (version 3.6 or higher)

The app is compatible with Tunis Version 3.3 or higher, and runs on smartphones and tablets.
