Game is awesome onestly it brings back alot of memories. 1 issue only. When the Red spaceship gets its full power there should big 2 rings going around the spaceship as shields thats the only thing different otherwise 5stars cheers

Not designed for touch. Too many enemies come from the bottom where your finger covers up the screen. If use of a controller was enabled, it would be fun.

I have been waiting 30yrs to play this game again, you wouldn't believe how excited I am over this.. Last time I played TRUXTON was on my sons Sega.I havent looked for it the past couple of years because I'd given up all hope of anyone releasing it on Android but then sitting there the other day it pops in my mind and I thought quick nose in the Playstore and it was like finding a rare diamond amongst the stones. This game is an absolute retro cracker.If I could hug I would! Thank You MOBIRIX.

I downloaded this as I loved the original game from the late 80s but after about 30 minutes of play I stopped as i didn't want my nostalgic love for the game to be tarnished. If you want to really enjoy this, get hold of an old Sega Mega Drive, a joystick and go nuts as it's a fun simple game. Having your finger permanently on the screen obscures the Gidan ships that love to sneak up from behind and from the sides. The need for gems, the ads, the lack of manoeuvrebility just ruins it for me.

Seems mostly faithful to the arcade original, but there are some issues. The aspect ratio has been changed to 9:16 from the original's 3:4, making everything appear stretched, with no display options to work with. Minus one star for that. Another for having in-game ads but no purchase option to get rid of them. The menu music is far louder than the music and sfx during normal play. Not sure how useful speedups are due to touch controls. As with many mobile shmups, bomb use is difficult.

I got this game through play pass and I still receive ads. If you are thinking about paying for the play pass, do not waste your time or money. Play pass is full of the worst of the worst mobile games and apps. The majority of the games and apps that play pass offers are games that most people would not waste their time downloading any ways.

Terrible emulation of a great game. Full of aggressive fullscreen app locking adware, the kind that Malwarebytes recommend uninstalling the app because of. The screen is stretched, which is unfortunate because this game has mobs that come from behind (finger blocks you view), it would be better to have some blank space at the bottom of the screen. Bomb button should be at the top of the screen, it barely works for some reason. Sorry state to see such a classic in.

This game is awesome, more so if you're old enough to have played the original on genesis or another console. The problem with the mobile version of this game is there are no controllers, you must use your thumb. Problem is, a game like this can only be played with full view of the screen, and your thumb blocks your view of the screen. Impossible to play at a certain point once things get going. Great soundtrack and visuals. Very nostalgic.
