Very bad experience. Don't know what kind of developer developed such an app . They lack foresightedness. I registered with my mobile number 6 month back now I want to update my new mobile no but they don't have this option. When contacted customer service they simply said we don't allow change of number. Such a terrible thing.

Really don't know what's wrong with the application now,this is my second time taking loan from this app , everything has been approved but it has been three days it is showing only in progress . And whenever I call at customer service they say they will approve it in one hour. But it has been three days already.

I have applied a loan on this app and uploaded the bank statement, but the apps shows that the account has been blocked due to mismatch of pancard link to my bank account. Further I have approached the customer care through mail and also raised a issue and the send pan card and bank statement to the customer service on October 2020 even though this day September 2020 no ever replaid to my issue or cleared...... Almost one year no reply has been received worst app in the world.

I was recommending earlier but it's a worst application I have ever used, I have given this 4 star but they deserve even less than 1 , when they approved 13000, they started confirming e mandate which is not a good thing for just a small amount and also when I tried giving the access it was showing continuous error.

Iam unhappy with this app. I taken the loan and i paid before due date. Then i reapply the loan. But it showing (HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN And Sorry, your loan is not acceptable now. But no worries we will let you know when it's resumed. See you soon.) anytime and showing please dont apply before 30 day's. Its not a good app. World most third class loan application.

Worst customer service I have paid the amount but didn't reduce the amount in app. And customer care executive not responding and correct answer. Already I have paid the amount but didn't reduce the amount in app and continue increase the late fee. Otherwise they're not reduce the amount I will not pay the amount

I made emi payment day before yesterday through Gpay. Its showing payment is successful and received by recipient. But when i called customer care they are telling its failed and amount will get refunded. I have shared all the proof through mail but there is no response. So im not going to make payment again as its already done. Kindly resolve the issue and revert to the mail

But now it is worst condition because some days before i have paid my emi still this is not updated, even after raising mail with every thing in attachment still didn't get any reply and not connected customer care number also.
