As per TRAI's new regulation for the Television and Broadcasting Sector having come into force, Consumers have the freedom to select Television (TV) Channels they wish to watch. TRAI envisions a scalable model in which consumers can securely communicate with the platforms managed by their DTH/Cable Operators. The Channel Selector application will facilitate customers to choose channels/bouquets of their interest among the offerings provided by their respective DTH/Cable Operators. Channel Selector application will suggest an optimum configuration of bouquets based on channels desired by the subscriber so as to reduce total monthly bill. Hence, the Channel Selector Application shall be a common app to support customers for fetching current subscriptions from their DTH/Cable operator, provide options of selection of channels/bouquets, optimize their channel selection, and set customer subscription of their choice on their DTH/Cable operatorβs platform. Some DTH/Cable operators who are yet to onboard are not available. As soon as these DTH/Cable operators are ready to integrate with the app shall be available.As of now Subscribers of Airtel, Asianet, Dish TV , D2H, DEN, GTPL, Hathway, InDigital, KCCL, Siti, Sun Direct, Tata Sky & TCCL shall be able to use this App. Due to compatibility concerns, the users having Android version 7.0 onwards shall only be able to download and use Channel Selector App. The app is not compatible on devices having Android version 6.0 and later. Min FREE RAM required to run the application: 1 GB,Recommended RAM : min 4GB.

not able to remove all channels( build from scratch option) and add selected ones back since it shows already subscribed and there is no add option. Also not able to submit issue/feedback. When i click on submit..nothing happens.

Got unpredictable benefit π. Few definitely improvement needed, major improvement to add that open filter page right after login to avoid too long waiting time to load all channel, bouquet & pack detail. Good interface than D2H. Thank you Try to add channel number with LNC for better experience

Every time when I log in with my registered phone number after that day everytime when I open this app it's does not work it's showing "We are facing some technical issues" and that time I log out and then again log in with registered mobile number then works and again after that day this same issue happen this is very occured fix that

I don't know what to rate it.I downloaded the app today morning.i have opened 4 times.Every time i enter my registered mobile number or subscriber id or both.OTP time starts for next 5 mins.But doesn't receive.Why you then make such kind of apps????

Need one more option which make this app really helpful to the castomers that option is MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE through this APP. Inside this app of making payment option will come, then this app will fulfill castomer need. In siti cable, whenever i am changing channels preferences(add/remove), then DPO promotional pack is automatically removed.
