The devices and app worked okay for awhile. They were going to replace batteries and when I emailed, it came back as an invalid email address. Now I realize the company has gone belly up. Why are they still selling the trackers on Amazon and other platforms? There's a big notice on their website they will no longer be supported on Apple or Android devices. They need to quit selling the devices! I only paid $1 each for mine in a deal on Morning Save. We get what we pay for! $10 wasted!

Just bought these & tried to register the app. Registration failed. I should've read the reviews or did my research first. Returning them to the store & advising them that they are useless.....to EVERY CUSTOMER & advise that they should be removed from the shelf. What a waste of time & money. Going with Tile. This company should be ashamed of themselves & disable the app.

I made the mistake of buying this product without researching it. Didn't know the company is "rebranding". So, now I'm stuck with these trackR pixels that can't be used. Company should get rid of the login on the app. Only need to pair with these through Bluetooth, don't need the online access feature.

I would give zero stars but alas! Cannot register, keeps saying to try again. Tried many times . No reason given as to why unable to register, so I have no way of fixing this issue.. HOW about the developers add the reason why the registration fails. So we know what went wrong and can rectify it to actually SUCCEED at registration. This item is a waste of time and money until these problems are solved. Don't bother with purchasing.

Terrible. SCAM!!!! Avoid. I bought three of these. Followed instructions exactly. Downloaded app and cannot register with them. So the product is essentially completely and utterly useless. Wish I'd read the other reviews before I wasted time, money & energy on these devices. Seems like everyone has the same problem. Why are these still on sale and why is the app still available for download? I'd give this zero stars if I could. Total scam. Report this app to Play Store/Apple iTunes if you can.

Tried using old sign in. Didn't work and app would not reset password. Then tried creatin new account (5 times!) and app could not create new account. Just purchased 10 of these finder things and my kids and I cannot use them. Waste if money and miserable app. Have Tile app and it works fine. Will return thr Tackr things and replace with Tile. Should have known better but my kid convinced me to get these. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worked well at the time but now it's a dead product, can no longer register or reset password because the company is gone; Rebranding to Adero I believe. They better reopen support when they have finished rebranding, otherwise all customers who bought these trackers (self included) are left taking the fall with unsupported hardware; If so, my trust for them is gone, regardless of their rebranding, don't hang previous customers out to dry and expect them to return without legacy product support.

I may recommend the app without the device. It was a waste of time and money since I had to be literally already on top of it for it to locate it. If you don't live in a busy city then the cloud or group whatever does not work either since no one is around to run across your lost item. I wasted a lot of time and money since I bought several TrackR Z's.

For all saying they can't log in, check the companies site. They have stated they will no longer support the app as of August, the company went belly up. I've used this product for a number of years and just recently bought more. Unfortunately now it's for nothing until I can figure a way to reprogram them.

After switching phones and reinstalling the app I was no longer able to login or register. I'm disappointed to see that after using Trackr for a while now that the app is no longer supported according to their website. The company is rebranding and the Trackr name is pretty much extinct. It makes all my Trackrs completely useless.
