Update: The folks cancelled my monthly subscription. It was the wrong app for my ebook reader. The device it was on only has ebooks and does not see the Internet often or for anything other than ebooks. I wrote a bad review because I felt frustrated because I could not find how to cancel my account. I paid $2.99 before installing (through an add), then I installed the free version, thinking that was the paid version. I later installed the paid version and was able to cancel it. Grear svc.

There are a few antivirus only apps that don't possess as much as arrogance like you & I for one do not need you or your app & its horrid ads. You people just don't get it do you? We the customers/clients don't like ads but will tolerate a bare minimum of guiet, short ads which aren't intrusive & don't come on every page/screen so that it is difficult to operate the app. Your obnoxious, loud, long & too many ads just indicate your greed & total ignorance of the requirements of your customers.

I downloaded as a free one time use, then I canceled my subscription. It was only installed on my computer. I did not get it on any other devices. I received a notice of cancellation but was charged on 8/2/2019. I have uninstalled on my computer and thought I was through with it. Now I am getting billed for a subscription I do not want and don't have anymore. How can I stop it? Seems this is a virus if you are going to withdraw money for something I dont have. Help is appreciated. It shows it is installed but it is not on my computer.

Developers need to introduce home screen widget like that of McAfee. It's a little flag that appears at the corner of the home screen which you can tap to clear ram, show % free ram, scan the device and do a couple of other things. Otherwise, one doesn't really have a conviction that this app does anything than occupying space on my phone. I must say that I don't see any real time activities either. I have to go into my app drawer to manually scan. Please learn from others. Using Pro version

I've had this app for over a year and it works great for me it comes on automatically as you turn on your device but then my memory got clogged up I had 15.99 out of 16 and my 32 gig it was all plugged up so I had to start deleting things and this was one of the apps that I deleted but I only deleted it for a few days and I've got it back I got to make sure it works the same way as it was before because it was perfect you guys keep up the great work hang in there everybody check it out ⭐🦅🇺🇸🦅

I think it's good, but I was incouraged to change the free Total Virus Defender and get the Total antivirus Defender that cost me money, because it's supposed to be better than the free one, so I did, I really don't see the difference.I did get the one you pay for what happened to it. They are now trying to get me to get another total virus defender, can you find out what happened to the The Total Antivirus that I ordered and for, how often do I have to pay and how much does it cost a month
