How to install TN-LMCTS v0.8 on Android API 15+

- Grab com.mslabs.lmctspublic_4.apk — hit the Download button above (3.3 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
