Simple modern interface allows selecting Binaural Beats from 1 to 50 Hz and a Base Frequency from 20 to 1500 Hz. Binaural Beats require high quality headphones or stereo speakers. What are binaural beats? Binaural beats can help with sleep, focus, and meditation. They are an auditory illusion perceived when two different tones of slightly different frequency are presented to each ear. The frequencies are very low and each one is tuned specifically for each ear which is why headphones are required. Kind of liking this app BUT like many reviews: it would be very helpful to be able to create AND SAVE one's own custom "presets" e.g. "my stress" "my concentration" etc. that one could return to as needed without dealing with the sliders each time you want it for a different purpose. This + sleep timer + a no-add option would give you LOTS more five stars (and $?) . ... Tell them, users!

You can customize the hz, carrier pitch, and volume. Nothing for customizing headphones vs. speakers or anything like that.
