On some devices, you need to download the Portuguese language by going to 'Install voice data' in your phone's settings. If it does not speak to you anyway, or "speak in another language" you will need to install a TTS - Text Para Vóz on your mobile phone download the TTS from google, here =>  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.tts Then go to "Settings" -> "Language (in some devices language and insertion" -> "Speech" -> "Text-to-speech output" -> select reading mechanisms and place -> click the gear -> "language" - "Portuguese - Brazil)" If she does not understand you, try installing Google's 'VOICE SEARCH' app that is free. Some phones require Internet connection If Tina still does not talk to you, try reinstalling her or downloading the Luciana TTS from SVOX. That has made her work! Have fun with it.
