Pathetic. Absolutely Pathetic. I cannot REGISTER myself on this APP, as it's giving me " Property Error : Not enough space" error. FYI, I have more that sufficient space in my device. And since I cannot register myself on the TIMEX app, I'm unable to scan my code & register my EXPEDITION watch for warranty. Fix your APP error ASAP. Else, I'm returning this watch under return period.

Nice app. But I am facing the problem to scan the QR code to register my watch. I scaned the QR code using google lens there in your website it showed ' Genuine Timex Watch' . But now how can I register for warranty ? If there could be an option of warranty registration in your website, it would be more helpful.

Qr code scanner not able to scan properly on the android app. Ios app scans in a second. Thats the only issue, otherwise its good.

For warranty registration i tried many times to scan the QR Code but couldn't scan and how to finalize weather my product is original or fake. But i tried QR code in unofficial app its shows its real genuine timex watch.. confusion After i raised complaint regarding QR code..next day from customer service contact me and resolved my problem within 2 days.. I am very happy interaction with customer service from Timex India. Thank you for the support..!!

Superb! One word summaries my experience. I just scanned the QR code, installed the app with a simple populated registration and warranty confirmed by uploading my Amazon purchased dealer Invoice. Thanks and keep it up. Expect the same after sales service whenever required!!!

No QR code on watch received is it a duplicate watch I received online from myntra. There are no help icon or option to enter details manually in the app.

Useless. You should atleast provide extended warranty on online registration. What an useless app, consuming Mobile data, increasing global warming for no use.

Nice app. But if there will be an option to update invoice for more than one time that could be helpful because flipkart send the digital invoice later of 1 day of purchase so I uploaded the hard copy through my camera.
