EDIT: There is NO "Reply" function and "@" function, making communication very ineffective and ineffecient, communication gets lost (and ironically, this is an app for comms???!!! =_=) There is NO search function in "Add New Group"!!! I have scroll throught the whold world??? PLEASE FIX IT!!! Next, I got auto logged out from app, and upon logging back in, I lost all the chatgrp I was in... =_=

The app doesn't notify me of when I receive new messages. It is only when I open the app that the notification sound will ring out.

Difficulty marking messages as read. Sometimes, after message has been reviewed, it's still remains marked as "unread" and I continue to get notifications every minute that I have a new message. The only way I was able to get it to stop was by logging into the desktop version of the application and reading the message on there, then it finally became "Read” and my phone stopped ringing. Resolving this bug would definitely improve the app significantly

TT is a wonderful resource, time saver too... howevet...it would be VERY helpful to have the ability to schedule do not disturb, as recurring (like an alarm, or calander event). This is necessary in health care, when there is so much to remember, besides turning off the "do not disturb". Thank you!

No customization for ringtones. Horrible search features. No android watch support. No ability to make groups , or save common contacts. They got their big ticket deal and they don't care about making it better.

This new update as of last week or so has an annoying bug. Even with no messages to be read, it keeps giving me a notification that says I have messages unread. Upon logging in and out, it shows messages I have already read as unread. But this was not able to be seen prior to logging in and out. Ridiculous for me as a nurse to keep looking at fake notifications when I'm already busy.

Urgently needs a better user interface. When taking a role, you lose all your previous private messages which can often contain important info. NEEDS a separate inbox for private vs. role texts. When taking roles, frequently causes a mass of unread texts that were previously ckeared and are hard to find - NEEDS A "MARKED ALL AS READ" BUTTON.
