    I've always been a big fan of home workouts (p90x, insanity etc.), but i've fancied giving calisthenics a go for a while so thought i'd give this a shot. I'm only on my 4th workout but i already appreciate the structured and tailored program. I can do pull ups and push ups but wanted to start at the basics anyway, in case there are smaller balancing muscles that aren't as strong, ruining my form in the long run. Well, starting at the basics proved that yes there are. Looking forward to the rest.

    Gone through the whole faff of doing the assessment on facebook, told my results are here, have to install the app and get shown.... nothing...... No results. Tried again on fb with app installed and still nothing. I have to sign up to a trial? No. Tell me the results....

    Absolutely the best bodyweight exercise app out there. I hardly ever give 5-star ratings, but this one definitely deserves it. *** This app basically provides the same guidance as a personal trainer who charges you $40+ a session. You tell it your goals and take an assessment. It gives you a complete workout plan any time you are ready for a session. Every exercise comes with clear instructions and a video demo. It runs the timer for you and tells you exactly what to do. *** What sets it apart from other apps is how personalized it is. It asks how easy or hard the exercises are, and adjusts the time/reps for every set accordingly. There is a button right on the workout screen to contact a coach if you need help. The app tracks your progress and moves you on to the next exercise in the progression when you are ready. After every workout, it provides a detailed report of the progress you made. You can update your goals or retake the assessment at any time. *** I find it really motivating for exercise to be gamified like this. It highlights the exercises you've mastered and the new ones you've unlocked. It shows you all of the progressions and how they lead to your goals. There is no pressure to work out at certain times or a certain number of times per week. The app is always there when you are ready to work. *** The visual design and the customer support are great. There is the occasional bug here and there, but the app overall is solid.

    Not fit for purpose for the general bodyweight athlete, I was after a workout for the whole body and the app would of suggested ideal amount of workouts, reps etc, this is not what this app does, instead it is more geared towards the calisthenics athlete who wants to overcome specific exercises

    This program is really cool, helps you build muscle fast with no equipment, plus you learn to use your body in new ways like doing handstands and more, depending on what you want to learn how to do. Customized as they do an assessment of what you can and can't do before starting the program and ask you which exercises and moves you find interesting. Totally builds you up from scratch. I've been doing these every other day with my husband and he loves it too! Great workout program!

    Clunky user experience. You need to constantly click next between rests and sets and it disrupts flow of the workout. Just tried it once and the routines seem OK, but the UX needs a clean up.

    I use this app to workout 2-3 times a week most weeks, and it has been extremely effective in finding my weaknesses and pushing me to build greater overall strength. The variety in the workouts is great, and the progressive nature of them helps keep things fresh. The app is also good about telling you how much progress you've made after each workout and when you've unlocked new exercises.

    I love this app. The best program I have found for calisthenics. I love the set up and how easy it is to follow along with the workouts and how it adapts as you gain strength. And I love how you're working towards goals that look really cool. I only have one gripe. I try to set up quick 20 minute mobility workouts, but when I choose more than one area to work on, like hamstrings, Shoulders, and wrists, it only does the hamstrings. So I had to do separate mobility workouts.

    I've been working out for years doing weight training. I ended up getting strong and maybe not so mobile, with some impingement in my shoulder and that's when I thought, "Okay, something needs to change." This app helped me get back on track. All the pains and aches are gone. I finally feel like I can move freely plus I am learning really cool skills. It's a long journey but I am really enjoying the challenge and progress I am making every day. Pls keep up with good work TMA team πŸ’ͺ
