Thanx did not email confirm a $40+ dollar purchase from a vendor today. Thanx locked me out of my account today telling me my login & password don't match my account. It has worked in my password manager since the account was created. Only voicemail available at thanx when called!

If the business you're purchasing goods with has this app keep all your recipts to follow-up on. Later you may have to upload them because the app does not track your cards during purchases with accuracy. This company needs to fix the problem if they want customers to receive the rewards they claim to be giving to see any benefits from having it.

App on Android has given a blank screen for more than a month. Reinstallation does not help. Web site is dead to customers.

Installed, just tried it. Seriously NOT user-friendly list of businesses to select - no ability to search for a specific place, no hint at location of place. Despite allowing the app to access phone location, the first business was located in New York, then a few businesses down a place in Texas. I restarted the app and now it's permanently frozen on one specific business I have never heard of. Uninstalled.

Too difficult/time consuming to take a photo of each receipt and upload to the app each time you shop. And the fact that can only get credit for shopping if you use the same credit card you opened app with. There's gotta be a way to make this app with a barcode for scanning to get credit for discounts etc.

Was invited to install via a merchant's email list, but the reward list (1) doesn't sort by any criteria, so you have to look through the whole list, and (2] doesn't identify which location(s) it is valid for. No participating merchant info is on their website, either.

Terrible.. registered a card, had a $10 credit back for purchase coupon, paid for it, their system didn't recognize the purchase, I was asked to send receipt. They manually added, few days later I didn't see the credit, checked back, they say it is a system issue we can't credit..sounds like a scam..i am uninstalling.
