First time using this app yesterday at AU2. The interface is acceptable and it is not too complicated. Overall a friendly usage app. However, it is constantly missing features like barcode, booking info and stagnant screen when I tried to tap onto something. It seems that whenever I download something into my phone, the app went stone cold.

don't use this app, it just keep on non stop loading and won't go into the app. i use this app to online booking ticket, the app refuse to open when showtime, made me miss the movies and me pay rm17.50 for nothing. it doesn't send any booking confirmation email anymore. Today it happen again, after made payment , the app wouldnt load. When reopen the app, it show i havent made any purchase, the fact is the movie ticket amount already deduct from my bank account.

Good app for booking tickets for TGV Cinemas. Hope there is improvement for e-voucher. Hope we can claim voucher through the app instead through pdf files send through email. I have alot issue when claiming e-voucher, when I switched app, the booking system disappeared and new session started. That cause the already chosen seat by me cannot be chosen again and mark with red X

My first day download the app and it went wrong already. I made the payment and once it finished, it redirect me to the main page. It tooks 4 minutes to load and suddenly the app crashed. I did not receive the ticket but it already deduct from my bank. First day already ruined the mood worst app ever

Many times experiencing server errors... Just now, payment already been made, suddenly the server error again, so the tickets gone! Already made complaint at the customer service but no response so far...

Login is very difficult. Once forget the password, never going to login back again to the same account. If sign up a new account, by using the same phone number cannot as well. Sucks

It seem customer service is not taking any action eventhough i have report that your apps is suddenly down after i have made a payment in 4/11 and i dont get the ticket movies at that day.

Always server error. Payment already success but i cant find my recently booking tickets. Even refund takes 14 days. Please improve more

Worst apps ever. I already paid fot the tickets via this apps and it crashed. When I reopened the apps, the tickets that I have booked are gone. I demand a refund!
