Does not toggle a tethering option when opened. It doesn't even take you to the tethering options menu. It goes directly to wifi tethering settings which is pretty pointless since I'm using USB tethering.

Takes me to the Android settings page with Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth tethering, and the disabled/grayed-out USB tethering settings. That's it. For USB tethering, look elsewhere.
