App stopped working early 2021 after years of relatively good performance. Repeated reloads and trying to get a response from developers have failed. Bluetooth connection clearly works with heater light coming on as soon as app opens but app now gives error message saying there is no connection. I agree with others - this should be withdrawn as it surely can't meet the standards required by Playstore and the company no longer supports it.

Time to buy another brand. Terms clearly don't care about their customers, this app as awful in every way, I have tried many times over tha last year to program it via schedules, I've given up trying, it has a mind of its own, what's the point of having this functionality if it doesn't do what you ask if it? May as well buy a standard element.

Mine was working fine but the update actually disconnected the heaters so now I can't control anything from the app which means manual on/off and no updates to the 1 heater that still has its schedule. Please sort this disaster of an app out!

A kind of masterpiece on how to overcomplicate a simple process. Non intuitive, non UI friendly. Even for someone who loves gadgets I'm still trying to work out how to schedule it coming on. To cap it all, I fear when Bluetooth access is lost the radiator forgets the schedule but I'm going to persevere to see if that's so. Remember when you could just plug in, set and forget?

Not sure whats worse the app or the radiator. No bluetooth range, constand connection loss, no temperature control and no ability to set a schedule. Not only would I avoid the app but avoid these radiators all together.

If you are reading this you have probably already bought the product. If not don't. The app does not link via Bluetooth unless you sit next to the product. The programme does not upload and say done. It either shuts down the app or a red circle spins all night and still no green light appears. If you are lucky enough to get a green light the clock gets 10 minutes slow per week. The retailer then told me it only works with apple or Samsung phones. A waste of time.

Even after the update, this product still does not work. You still cannot program a schedule, so you have to manually turn on each radiator everyday instead. Even when you think you might be able to create a schedule, the app crashes every single time. PLEASE FIX. These radiators continue to be the biggest waste of money I have ever spent, and I'm shocked they're legally allowed to sell them still.

The app looks good and has potential. Unfortunately I echo the same problems as others. Bluetooth connection is woeful, even when standing right next to the radiator. Schedules are confusing (unexplained symbols/checkboxes) and even having finally managed to set the schedule they often just don't work (I've done one radiator out of three successfully). Schedules also only seem to work when radiator is on 'room temp' mode and the sensor is always too high. So expensive and so disappointing.
