This apps is not synchronize with the other state local apps. Suppose buying tickets from this apps should be applicable to use the mobile ticket as your platform already charged 2 ringgit Malaysia of the service charge But turn out when go to local bus station need to pay another 70sen processing fee to print out the hard copy ticket only can on board. Sucks. You should write there to alert ppl instead of charging fee for services not recognize by local bus station authority

There is a long queue during long weekend. So I decided to buy ticket via app. However, the earliest bus shown in app is later than the one in self ticketing kiosk. And whenever I want to open the purchase history, the app automatically close. It is difficult for me to check the gate.

After successful payment, message on the success screen instructs user to visit purchase history for the ticket. However, the success screen has no button/link/menu at all for navigation, not sure if phone's back button will cause any side effect. So I always end up kill the app and restart again, which is annoying. Hope this usability issue can be fixed. Encountered long delay for receiving ticket once during holiday, perhaps the system not capable to handle peak season load?

It's convenient, what you need is just your phone. No need to queue for ticket, no need to waste the paper printing. Once arrived, just go to the gate as informed in the app, scan QR code and go. Also I found the ticket price/ admin fee is cheaper than Easybook.

like a useless stuff, i was just about to board and dang, cannot retriece the boarding QR code via apps. then i go to boarding ticket counter, and they said they cannot retrive it without the proof even if i gave then the IC. hello ? so whats the point having this counter ? if i can get the code from aops, why i need to convert it into paper boarding pass ?

Didnt work for me at all..this apps doesnt ask for any msos code or anything when im done choosing my seat and so sudden the bank transaction fail and I didnt even fill in any bank information yet. Call the customer service but they didnt have any clue at all , keep saying the same thing. 24hours customer service ? Definitely not. Groundbreaking.

This app definitely make all the consumer much more convenient. We can check the bus schedule everyday. Not need to queue up for the ticket. After purchased online, we just show them the code and get scanned then we can get in. I will absolutely recommend you to have a try on it.

First of all, I cannot log in in the app, but when I do it on the website I can with the same user id and password, so it is not my username and password fault. What is wrong really?

Very useful because you can just scan the qr code instead of standing in a long line to purchase the ticket but the apps is very problematic ! There are always error, and it'll be more handful if you're going to make a payment and the page cannot be loaded, hope that it'll be upgraded

Flawed, practically unuseable. Caught in a loop where I'm required to register an account to be able to proceed with payment (and choosing seat) but there's error at registration finishing page, with no way around it. Error message says : "oMemInfo Add: String or binary data will be truncated." Please fix.
