Terrible. I made a large purchase using this app and one of the items I was charged for was never delivered. I told the delivery driver that it was missing and he said to contact customer service. I have written to them 3 times in 3 weeks and they have never responded! No refund to my card, no store credit, no apology...they must want no business.

Their app has some bugs but fulfills the need. The issue I have with them is a quality and operations issue. If you are going to use it avoid the following : produce(especially berries,), meats(delivered by another party whenever they feel like it) , and water (bottles are always dirty, dented... Etc) Given the list above, there isn't much more to order. Whats safe to order : cleaning products... Hmm that's about it For Managment reading this, good luck.

do not order from them they don't stick with the time of delivery they provide, ALWAYS it didn't happen one time only, it happened to me like 5 times with them and they don't give a damn about you as long as they get they're money it takes them more than 4 hours to deliver and sometimes days.

Sends lots of notifications, and if you click to disable them, you still get 3-5 notifications per day. It's a good app, but stop bombarding me with notifications.

Made the first order today. Received the item before the scheduled time. Went for a perfume which is almost 40% cheaper than the big shop price. I will have to wait & see the longevity. All in all I am happy with the experience so far. I will buy again from Taw9eel.

the site is very nice, service is rapid and you receive your purchases few hours after ordering it, but customer service sucks and don't help you at all specially if you try to return any item, keep telling you why you return it as long as it matches descriptions and other stupid excuses, and if you insist they tell you to bring it by yourself to their Warsha and no delivery man will pick it up from your place in spite you requested return few hours after receiving the item which is against their rules written on their website.

Worst app ever!! Not going to use it again!! I used it a couple of times for my sons diaper offers but everytime i experience something worse!! This time i hade to wait for 6 7 hours for them to deliver the order .. and in the end i didnt receive the diapers because they ran out of stock so they sent money with the driver without apologizing or calling earlier or even cared to tell me when i called twice to ask about why the order was late!!
