I would rate for 1 star, but just for the previous service was very good I'm rating 2 stars. I used to order 8 bottles, which is a good number for small house, now the new policy the minimum amount is 11 bottles! I don't have to order that much and there is no space in my house for that quantity.

Contact to the company link is not good and no option is present to raise complaint. They are increasing number of bottles just for nothing.. How I can adjust eleven bottles at my home and it is not needed as well.. Service was good before but this increasing of numbers of order bottles is irritating and customers are diverting to other options. I hope they will revise their WISE decisio.

The only good thing about this app is how easy to place your order. After that the suffering starts, they'll change the minimum order amount after every order without any notice, water galons needs to be cleaned... badly cleaned. Sometimes water comes with strange taste, and when customer support calles please don't complain co'z that will make your next order worse

For small house 11 bottle is Big number to keep in the house, try to go back on previous minimum order 8 bottale. It will be helpful for us to continue with Tania.

Very bad service, they keep increasing the minimum order limit every week. For complaints, they just talk politely but take no action. Looks like the management are greedy AF

App is okay but this company has no customer care as needed, I ordered water and expected to deliver it another day but there is no response even 3 times contact to customer care 😔 My suggestion to tania water kindly do your work on time .

It was great earlier startup but later everytime i order its asking me to get 50sar order than next time order it change from 50sar to 80sar min order for home delivery. Poor app and disappointed why i buy tania water.😔

The android version of the application is very buggy. I regularly have problems trying to palce an order.

Representatives are not cooperating, not answering phones. Also minimum order must be more than 80 riyals. Others moving forward, but tania no.

Looks like their target is not home consumers but baqalas. Already the minimum number of bottles to order were 7 which was high and now they increased it to 10. Why would a family of 2 or 3 order 10 bottles of 19 liters ?
