For some reason the app will not load. Instead it shows a screen that says failed to launch. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still won't work. So I'm kinda screwed with my job now

Overall it's garbage. Clock in and out frequently get hung. I'm literally forced to keep a punch log of my actual times in and out to submit due to this apps bugs.

Worst app ever, delete this version and make a new one. I've been with my job for 5 months and I've been able to use this app maybe 6 times..soo frustrating

We started using the Tanda app 3 years ago and it worked fine for a while. When it became Workforce, we started to have issues with the clock not allowing employees to clock in or out. It got progressively worse to the point of our online account no longer recognizing our login information at all. When I attempted to get help, customer service ignored me completely until I asked for our account to be cancelled. Then they offered me a discount on next months services. They continue to be unresponsive as I request that funds no longer be auto withdrawn from our account for the monthly subscription. I am an even keeled person and have never been moved to write an online review of any kind until now.

Worst App ever. The app never loads and is always crashing. I have to use this on a daily basis to clock in/out but it crashes every single time I try to use it. REPLY BACK: I have reached out to your customer service with no acknowledgement or improvement to the app. And even worse, this app has affected my phone! It's not just me, it's also my coworkers who each have different types of phone. This is the WORST app ever and it crashes my phone. I would uninstall it IMMEDIATELY if I could.

Absolutly horrible. I have to uninstall and re install so often and it still only works 15% of the time. On the rare chance it does work its great. But it almost never works. Its so frustrating when trying to pick shift. Clock in or simply getting it to open up.

After deleting/re-installing 5 times, I still don't even have the button to clock in showing up. It's ridiculous that the most basic function of the app fails to work properly. Someone fix this, PLEASE. EDIT: Bought a new phone, now the app's permanently asking for location permissions, even though they're already enabled. Is this code held together by duct tape?

My employer switched to Workforce recently, which makes sense for a company where you can work one day at site A but the rest of the week at site B and may have to cover site D. A few hiccups at first, and I wish my company had left chat on, but they may reactivate later so we can have team meetings remotely.
